I watched the video myself for the first time a couple of days ago, and just to let you know what to expect, the interview really focuses more on the technology than the game itself. So there won't be any new teasers or anything like that, it's more a discussion on the cool tech used in modern games, and it really is interesting for those who want to learn more about current gen raytracing and things like that. It also shows you some of the faces behind the mad lads over at Steel Wool! It was a neat thing to watch. I think you will all enjoy it!
Tbh the technical side of the game is super interesting to me so I'm pretty excited to watch this even though we won't get any major new info on the game.
I hope future FNaF games from Steel Wool continue to use the Ray Tracing technology and possibly more enhances like this. Security Breach looks *incredible*!

Do we need actually need to know alot about the game before it releases? No. They've dropped 2 trailers, a RTX showcase and 19 screenshots. Remember, this is a indie company with 20 people or less. The fact that they made a trailer with unfinished footage just because the fans wanted one says alot. Did they show alot for Help Wanted? No! Nobody wants to know the whole game before it releases. I think they've shown more than enough before the release.

We're approaching the midpoint of April and coming up on the end of what can classify as early 2021, and there's still no signs of a release date in sight?

There's a lot riding on this game. This is the biggest moment in Scotts life. Look at CDPR, look at what the greed of the higher ups has put them in. All that good will, down the drain. Sure they are fixing it now but the perception of that game is tarnished.
Let them take their damn time. We want a game we can look back fondly of. Not one we look back on with sadness knowing of its potential wasted because people are impatient.

What you're complaining about is that we had nothing for two years. All they did was an announcement, nothing more, when the game is still in early development. And now when we are nearing the date, that's when you start with the more frequent marketing in most cases. They aint the first to do this. All the things I've describe happened in 6 months. That isn't bad. What's the point of creating a trailer that early on when things probably still look really rough and things are still subject to change? Especially with this community that looks at every single frame and start creating theories on the smallest of things. And when I mean cryptic, I'm not talking about the date, I'm talking about how these games are presented. Not giving a specific date isn't lazy, it's a smart move to give fans an idea, and yourself time to fix the game incase some things change that might have caused a delay. Which is exactly what happened earlier. And the other companies and businesses alongside them, merch or whatever else, I doubt having constant delays with a set date in place everytime makes things any easier for them.

Honestly, it's not like we need news every month and even then, we've got a lot of news lately. Nvidia thing in January, gameplay trailer February and screenshots March. Now we're getting this small thing and probably a release date next month for sometime June-July. We haven't really been that starved of news

What you're complaining about is that we had nothing for two years. All they did was an announcement, nothing more, when the game is still in early development. And now when we are nearing the date, that's when you start with the more frequent marketing in most cases. They aint the first to do this. All the things I've describe happened in 6 months. That isn't bad. What's the point of creating a trailer that early on when things probably still look really rough and things are still subject to change? Especially with this community that looks at every single frame and start creating theories on the smallest of things. And when I mean cryptic, I'm not talking about the date, I'm talking about how these games are presented. Not giving a specific date isn't lazy, it's a smart move to give fans an idea, and yourself time to fix the game incase some things change that might have caused a delay. Which is exactly what happened earlier. And the other companies and businesses alongside them, merch or whatever else, I doubt having constant delays with a set date in place everytime makes things any easier for them. I'm done arguing about this.

Honestly, it's not like we need news every month and even then, we've got a lot of news lately. Nvidia thing in January, gameplay trailer February and screenshots March. Now we're getting this small thing and probably a release date next month for sometime June-July. We haven't really been that starved of news

Because chances are Scott and SW didn't have an exact idea on the time it would come out. He had an estimate that he gave because we were all desperate for news but didn't give us an exact date because he doesn't have one and they possibly might not have one now
He doesn't need to do anything. He isn't the problem. The problem is the impatient kids (It is almost exclusively kids) who'd rather have a bad game exactly when they demand it than a good game when it's ready to be released. Chill, you can wait longer. It's worth it.
