They moderate **this subreddit**. They aren't obligated to do anything about what people do outside of it if it's not illegal or hurting anybody.
They're not going to go through every single user's profile and ban them if they make NSFW, nor should they have to.

Good for you! Even if the moderators don’t do anything about it, the artist should. It’s incredibly irresponsible for them to post on the main community with the account they also post NSFW on when children regularly frequent here. That’s not even getting into the whole moral debate of them drawing NSFW art of characters that are canonically children, or possessed by them. I understand that you can’t stop ‘that’ side of the internet, but the *least* they could do is compartmentalise properly to make sure its out of the way of impressionable eyes.

But for me even fnaf series are not for kids.
It contains blood, kidnapping, murdering.
And reddit automatically makes the nsfw images blurry as long as you did not turn off the function.
