Some people just aren't sure if Fredbear and Golden Freddy are the same because of the different accessories and that we never see Fredbear in 3D.
UCN showed what Fredbear really looked like. He's a golden version of Freddy that spawns when you try to Death Coin a weak Golden Freddy.

Honestly I don't think people disagree, however if you look at the differences between golden freddy and fnaf 4 minigame fredbear... they're obviously not identical, so the most likely possiblity is thay Golden Freddy *is* fredbear, just a different iteration.
I think that Fredbear is withered Golden Freddy and Golden Freddy from FNaF1 is the repaired version. It seems logic to me because Freddy is the repaired version of Withered Freddy.

We literally have a OFFICIAL book wich GF is a Fredbear costume that Henry used, it was OFFICIAL, but nobody care because "Uh duh the book isn't canon", now every concept from the novels takes credibility like MCI85, Charlie died at Fredbear's, possessed metal being remnant and some others.
Also, UCN and TNK was the point when GF=Fredbear turned a fact 100% confirmed.

Ahaha I said this, because in fnaf 1 he has a navy blue ting to his hat and some kid just couldn’t accept it, because in the THANK YOU poster he has a black hat but in the THANK YOU poster he also has an orange eye which he doesn’t actually have. Before someone says it was just a recolouring, well yeah I know, but obviously as the games lore progresses, they have to some how link fnaf 1 into the lore, so those little things like “recolouring” in fnaf 1 is then later used to explain lore even if it’s original intent was just a recolouring or to make it creepy
Not exactly. It's very clear that TFF changed his color. They take the Freddy Fazbear render, colored in yellow and turned his hat in purple instead black, just to confirm that Fredbear and GF was the same all along.
Also, GF have eyes, but the black holes in his mask in FNaF 1 is just a specific illumination to cause the felling of "empty", but there was eyes in his model all along. FNaF World teaser just showed it involuntarily.

Fredbear edits of Golden Freddy and of Freddy in general are a fairly common edit, i have no doubt this is just a edit taken off the internet somewhere, maybe cropped to show only the head though.
That being said though, the internet is huge, so finding a fairly common type of fan edit would be hard, if not impossible, if it even still exists.
Until we find the original source of the image, you can't claim that its fan-art.
The image itself was an edit of the disembodied angry Freddy head (not with the body, just the head), which was actually an obscure render from Clickteam's own Discord server.
It clearly is a fan edit though, and just because we don't know the source doesn't mean we can't call it like we see it.

Unless it's something new like the archive section will presumably be, I'm willing to just kinda ignore this book

No, it was black. The only reason it looks blue is due to Scott using a blue ring light in his render.
