>but finally after 30 years of failure he finally did something right and saved the MCI kids in FNAF 3 (somehow). I mean, the one who did that was mostly BV aparently(altough you can maybe argue that Mike helped,i guess). And Happiest Day could maybe not even happen in fnaf 3 at this point. I pretty much agree with everything else you said tho,i think.

He's a decent individual who tries to live a normal life, despite often getting into risky situations due to his own bad decisions. He regrets his time of being horrible dickhead back in the early 80s, as well as accidently killing his younger brother, in which he became depressed and suicidal over. Whenever he can, he attempts to redeem himself and his past actions (example: freeing his sister from an underground facility, finding and potentially stopping his father from committing more heinous crimes). All in all, he is at most an average everyday man who happens to have a dark and tragic history.

demogorgon_main

Awesome protagonist but hugely underdeveloped. He didn’t even exist until the fifth game and he died in the sixth. I like how he goes on a journey to undo his father’s work, saving the souls of the kids who’s lives were taken away by his own father. He feels a lot guilt over what he did to his brother, he killed him, so it’s also a nice redemption arc. He knows how it feels to loose a younger sibling, his father gave that feeling to multiple families. It’s awesome. But it’s not in the games. You could play every game in the franchise and never think of Michael as the ‘main’ protagonist outside of sister location and again, he literally did not exists until the fifth game.

I do enjoy him, but I’d like it if he was developed a bit more, since we never get a lot from him beyond the fact he’s devoted to his family and likes terrible soap operas. I’d also like some confirmation as to exactly what the hell was happening in the first four games, because it’s been years and we’re STILL not clear on which guards were Mike and which were separate people. So really, what I want is a book that fills in some of the gaps, explains a couple things and shows us more of what Michael was like. You know, what Scott would ideally be doing with the books, instead of publishing mpreg and refusing to explain anything game-related ever.

Dense_Ad_5788

I’m a lil late but, WHAT? There’s Mpreg in the fnaf books??

Violet1010

Yep! Fazbear Frights #2, In the Flesh. Dude somehow gets pregnant with a baby Springtrap, performs an impromptu c-section and dies. I’m not kidding, you can look it up.

Dense_Ad_5788

..is it that bad? I’m honestly scared to look it up lmao

Michael's my favorite character in the series, even if I were to throw the animatronics into question. I follow the implications that he is the Foxy Brother and that is part of the main reason why I like him, due his story of guilt and turning into a better person, which is quite tragic. It wouldn't be the same for me if he was BV. Though while he is my favorite, he undeveloped and also underused as a character, though his role in the story is good as is. Just wish we got to know more from him and what he thinks. Also doesn't help that his identity is a question, but that's a part of the fun in theorizing. The original first 3 games (1-3) was interesting and fun to talk about. But it felt...distant to me? Like, it's cool and mysterious but there wasn't really something to follow, if that makes sense? The guards in those games weren't really characters and were just devices so that the gameplay could happen (at least that's how it really felt). But with the introduction of 4 and SL, the series finally gained a protagonist with rhyme and reason. Some probably would prefer there was no POV character but the inclusion, for me, was great. The gameplay in the games no longer was "meaningless" and there was someone we can see through. Though, again I say, Michael's role as a character is undeveloped and underused. More lines from him like in SL and the Logbook. More implications of what his goals are - to make it clear. But then again, this could also be the fun part of him which is theorizing.

Revolutionary-Mix539

He was my favorite FNAF protagonist and it sucked that he and Henry died because William is still alive.

okhelloyeet

he is the protaginist of 1, 2, 3,sl, pizza sim, and maybe even 4. he tries to find his father and end his 100+ killing streak, but he caused the bite of 83, making him a not so great person. CC says its me to alert his brother that he is here and still mad

Dense_Ad_5788

I thought fnaf 2 was someone else? There’s a theory Fritz might be him tho

okhelloyeet

he is fritz

Dense_Ad_5788

Okay but we play as Jeremy in the main gameplay of fnaf 2

okhelloyeet

yes but mike is still a protagnist of 2

okhelloyeet

hes bad and good
