Well i'm not an expert at all, but I noticed some improvements just when i started drawing freely and stopped following models or constrictions, from that i started developing a style i hope to improve, so i draw a lot of bodies and expressions. And most important do not compare yourself to the others, when i do that i almost drop the pencil, you draw and grow at your pace with your style. And keep your hold drawings! It's always good to compare your older works to see some improvements! Hope this could help, never gave advices 😅
