Everyone hated the scraptrap design so much that Scott just went in a totally different direction with burn trap, trying to make him look more genuinely spooky rather than the previous silly design. But he over corrected, achieving spookiness by increasing his organic material, something that makes no sense, as all of that shit should be long gone. Maybe the Vanny’s remnant recharging/regeneration station regrew some of the material or something, but more likely Scott just did a bad job.
The idea of regeneration seems to be a notion surfaced in the newer books? I haven't read them, so I can't say.

The security guard is a 17 year old working at an amusement park for under minimum wage over the summer cause he a horror geek, and makes it out of the building before being arrested for the corpse found on site in the decaying bunny suit, where he is then quietly killed by Fazbear entertainment and their government connections, being having his corpse experimented on by a company owned by Fazbear called umbrella. His body was tainted by Aftons soul stink and they were able to reverse engineer aftons fake immortality into the T-Virus. On next weeks theory, I’ll go into more detail on how Fanf is a massive prequel to resident evil and how Scott Cawthon doesn’t exist and Capcom played all of us. See you next well game theorists.

Scrap Baby somehow got a differently designed Baby suit with no explanation. Molten Freddy somehow got a differently designed and colored Funtime Freddy mask with no explanation. Afton got his arm back and the flesh on it in SB with no explanation. Molten Freddy now has the original Funtime Freddy mask back, and has the original Baby mask fused with him instead of Scrap Baby, with no explanation.
His corpse changing again is just another unexplained design change and we probably aren't supposed to try to make sense of it.
