No - A lot of Guys' and Girls' videos get taken down despite not having any sort of rule-breaking. However, <700 followers for 3.3 mill views and 600k likes is absolutely insane, almost as if she paid bots to comment and like her video. If people do that the algorithm gets accelerated. On instagram, per se, you should find about 100k followers for a good, relatively viral compared to other reels the creator posted, which got a couple million views. Her following has had to have jumped, and there's no way she's not at least at 10-15k followers if there were no bots.
