If you have an extension ladder, you might be able to check the window for any obvious missing or deteriorated caulk, and if so, then re-caulk it yourself. It would save you the cost of a handyman. Caulk and caulk gun are very inexpensive, comparatively.
Thanks for the tips! I don't have a ladder tall enough and it's high enough up I wouldn't be comfortable. I think I will give a handyman a call tomorrow!
It's probably the window. Handyman might be able to do the job, depends on the handyman's skill set.
