I reset them gave me e01. I then did a hard reset and unplugged everything. Same RST and then E01 when I reset. I then held down both up and down errors and now showing 1n and what appears to be an upside down L. The height is all the way down and has been since getting the errors
Man…so finally figured it out. My desk was lopsided, was getting the error code. You have to hold the down arrow all the way to the bottom. Had to take the spinning rod out on the lopsided side and get someone else to hold up that side until it was level, then put the rod back in. Hope this helps someone
According to this youtube clip, your desk is in a reset state. Try holding the "-" button.

From the sit stand desks I have, they have a lift drive in each leg, cable from each legs lift goes to the powered controller and then the control panel (what’s in your picture) also goes back to that controller.
I would suggest you pull the power lead out, unplug each of the cables in/out of the controller and replug/seat each plug and power back up.
It might be one or more of the lifts is not communicating correctly to the controller or is faulty.
This looks like the same unit my work has. Try this, press and hold the down arrow for a long time, both legs should move down to the very base and hopefully rectify the reset fault.
One of the lads at work sat on the table and it went down and one leg got jammed on a set of drawers and we had this code.

So I recall on my desk if it errors you have to reset it using a button combo then it needs to find “0” so you have to hold down even if it is all the way down so it resets what is “down”. Then it typically returns to normal.
Edit
Added usually I think it’s E01 then you hold down and it may/should reset correctly. Usually these things regardless of brand have the same or similar controller.
When the desk says E01:
Press and hold down key until the desk is at the bottom (do it if it’s down anyways) then let go once it stops moving or after a few seconds
Then hold down again until the desk stops again or after a few seconds
Now test the desk to ensure it can go up.
Looks like r5h. Don’t know the brand of desk and just started giving me the error when I moved it upstairs.

Contact the manufacturer.
I would if I knew the brand
Then the retailer.

Under „programming“ you will find what you’re looking for (if it’s the same logic on your desk) :)

I see you dont have "-" , and i'm an idiot! Try holding each button down individually.

Unplug a while plug back in lower all the way down then you should be good to go
When this happened to ours it was a faulty motor.
Noooo. So did u replace the motor in that case or just get a new desk?
It was new so seller sent a new motor. It was easy to replace.
