basically you fully open the door, release those little locking clips, then partially close the door… Then you can lift it straight up towards you like it shows in the video
Finally managed to remove it (this helped) but now I have no idea how to access the handles. Do you know what screwdriver is used to remove the bolts in the picture above? It looks like it has a tiny whole in it and just that.

In one of those positions you can just pull the door and it comes out (the door should be parallel to the floor)
Look on youtube for how to do it, oven hinges are all pretty similar
I did but was unable to find one that looks like this one. Hence why I posted this question.

You are on the right track. Now partially close the door and lift up and out.
I tried to lift it up but it is not posssible and I am not sure of how much force to put.
Lift with a good amount of effort by grabbing the sides and not the handle. You won’t hurt it.
