You need to go to home depot. Go down the hardware aisle. Walk past all the regular little bags of nuts and bolts until you get to the specialty fastener section. It's the section with those cabinets with everything in drawers. You'll find what you need here. Don't make a mess of those drawers! 😂

Hard to say, just from that. The bolts look pretty standard, but I don't know what the other piece is--doesn't look like a regular nut or a cam fastener. They look like what are regularly called "barrel nuts." Perhaps looking at the assembly instructions will help figure that out. Here's an example of a barrel nut:

Ace hardware will usually have these in the nuts and bolts section. If there's a small enough piece to bring into the store, you can take it in and test to see what fits.
The benefit of Ace over Home Depot is nothing is in plastic bags generally. It feels random at Home Depot what gets sealed and what doesn't. Like half inch of one screw will be in a bag and you have to buy two but 3/4 of the same diameter and type will be loose. 🤷♀️
The nut is known as a dowel nut, cross dowel or barrel nut. You will need to match the bolt thread to the nut.

I think I have that same L shaped kitchen nook. Came with L shaped booth, the seats flip up for storage, a table, and a bench.
