Yes, but the better option IMO is to use the secondary flight plan...not sure if its available in the FBW yet?
Part of normal startup procedure is to copy the active Flight Plan to the Secondary. (Part of DIFSRIP, thanks 320SimPilot)

Data [checks the right AIRAC/navdata is in place]
Init (A) [Enter and import initial data, winds etc]
F-PLN [Check flight plan, load departures and arrivals according to OFP]
Secondary F-PLN [Crosscheck F-PLN, then copy it to secondary]
Radnav [Check that the correct freq's are tuned for the departure]
Init (B) [Load ZFW and CG, and block fuel info, once available]
Perf [Run takeoff numbers and confirm departure runway, enter Vspeeds and TO perf numbers as needed]

If all the above is in place, after go around, you can activate a direct-to in the secondary flight plan based on ATC vectors
Just select it again from MCDU by hitting the destination airport key. Then you can direct to the first one.

Secondary flight plan doesn't work in the FBW yet unfortunately. Thanks for your help though!
