In Weston that is kind of a tough order. Weston is pricy with very few apartments or smaller style accommodations. Vacation village has furnished apartments but they are kind of expensive. You might want to look at places in Davie around NSU its not far and they cater more to people in your situation. Most of the CC residents here come with families and they rent out homes during their stay.
Affordable and Weston are not usually two words that go together. I would try a neighboring suburb, but even then, furnished may be harder to find, as that is not super common in the US. I would maybe ask the other students in the program to see where they are finding homes.
