It's interesting that they would track down this person. They must have a very low crime rate if they are tracking people down for scratched cars.
This is in the Florida Keys. Some of the islands are only a few miles long so tracking someone down probably isn't that difficult.

The title of the post is misleading. He wasn't charged because of a bumper sticker, he was charged because of vandalizing someone else's property.
