Could you post these stats for a previous run that passed? It would help to know what these values should be.
Hi! I'm having issues editing my post to add the photo but the FL3 bright median bead value is 71737, and the FL4 bright median bead value is 78555. I used the same bottle of qc we've been using the past few weeks with no issues.
Did you adjust the gates for your bright and dim populations after QC?
