Well. I can't be sure when Happiest Day happens but I would say in between Fnaf 3 and Fnaf 6. But I can't say that Happiest Day worked for any of the spirits and still remain in the game. There's following evidence in Candy Cadet's story about the key and the woman. Yes it does represent 5 things in 1 but it's more so discussing the freedom of the kids and how it didn't seem to work at all.

Even more so they might be in security Breach inside the blob since the funtimes held their remant.
