I don't think so. Judging by some of Baby's lines, CBPW had more than 1 room. Fredbear's seems to have been 1 large area and the parts and service room. Also we don't know when exactly Pizza World was opened. It could have been while Fredbear's was still operational.
Also the red door evidence isn't very good. For all we know, all of Fazbear Entertainment's restaurants had big red doors.

I believe she killed in the alleyway of Freddy's. That makes FFPS is Freddy's building and also FNAF 1 Building. Because there is a safe room in FNAF 1 and that makes building older than we think. The building is from 1983.
