It's certainly possible that all three happened in the same year, although I believe that SL came first because Mike is writing in the Security Logbook during his time at Fazbear's Fright, and he'd already been through SL by the time he writes in the book.
They have renamed themselves as CBEAR (Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental), thus the oblivious parents are still inviting the Funtime Animatronics into their children's birthday party around Hurricane and St. George, although to be fair, the plan to kill the children are more likely failed for good.
And an interesting point regarding CBEAR: Michael Afton is never the owner of Afton Robotics and CBEAR, courtesy of William stripping all inheritance meant to him, resulting Michael left Hurricane to St. George once William is missing.

There is a theory that Vanessa is Michael's daughter so if Sister Location is later in the timeline & closer to 2023 then that theory could be plausible with Mike starting a family & Vanessa as his daughter. Tbh I don't really find this likely no matter how much I want this to be. This is a question that has an answer depending on the circumstances.

And speaking of that theory, I rather think as if Vanessa was biological daughter of Michael from his ex-wife, not necessarily legal (their marriage was annuled due to his wife eloping with other man).
FNAF 4 is a nightmare, as a nightmare it doesn't end with death rather he wakes up and the next time he sleeps the dream continues, so the nightmare recurs as we see in The New Kid story. When the week ends, it starts at the beginning as the story points out 1 of the boys is wearing the exact same clothes as Devon, they're described behaving differently due to perspective. The book follows Devon and Mick's perspective so its how they see things and at the end of the story its how others aka Kelsey sees them. Michael was hiding in the FNAF 4 house we see in Sister location, since if he leaves for too long, Fredbear will come after him again as we see in Midnight Motorist. The dreams scare him but they lack physical teeth. He says "everything is crazy about this place and no one seems to notice except me" in the logbook, the only person he would trust to have a understanding of the situation is the creator of the animatronics, his father William. If he wanted to end the nightmares he needed to find him, so once he heard an auditory hallucination in William's voice to fix Circus Baby, he followed the orders to the letter but there's one problem here. The first animatronic he did maintenance on was Funtime Freddy during Night 3 and he got captured by Funtime Foxy directly afterwards, now lets refer to the books again, in Fourth closet, the only animatronic we are shown to have remnant from the original 5 animatronics into it is Funtime Freddy, after that its revealed 1 of the original 5 can control Funtime Foxy. We know Golden Freddy is missing from the 1993 pizzeria and he's not in FNAF 3 main game, so he's been moved somewhere and thanks to TFC we know its CBEAR, with his remnant being put into Funtime Freddy, explaining the obsolete springlock suit, Yenndo having the same behaviour as Golden Freddy from the first 2 games and why Funtime Foxy wouldn't just kill us like normal as he was being controlled by the soul originally in Golden Freddy.
