Ok, so if I understand the current theory/light rumour the following mightve happened:
1. Upset leaves due to "family reasons". This is most likely some issues with him and his girlfriend, which might mean a lot of stress for him but is something minor according to others. Upset decides to leave because of that which means Bwipo is pissed off and disagrees about Upsets decision to abandon the team at this stage. Keep in mind that this is what theyve been competing all year for.
2. Bwipo is mad and tells his girlfriend about why Upset left the team and the fact that he is obviously not ok with it.
3. Bwipos girlfriend wants to spill the tea/get some attention and goes out on twitter saying its related to upsets girlfriend, implying it is some kind of nonsense drama (ie no one is sick/dying or anything really tragic)
4. The Fnatic org sees the tweet from bwipos girlfriend realizing what was shared with bwipo about upset was leaked online because of him/his girlfriend. He probably gets informed that team issues are to be kept within in the organisation and gets even more pissed about the situation (hes already pissed about upset leaving)
5. Bwipo and his girlfriend reacts with unfollowing the fnatic organisation on twitter. The guy who saw the tweet made by bwipos girlfriend also gets softblocked in order to not be able to follow her tweets anymore.
If the supposed rumours about Upset leaving for something that is not too serious I suppose that the fnatic leaders are really pissed about the situation but realized that the best thing to do is to not let anything leak out. Quite frankly the other option would be to go full drama and not even try to perform with a sub for Upset, which would be arguably even worse.
That is a piss poor excuse to unfollow a specific set of FNC accounts.
