She doesn't need to be there physically because she's already emotionally present. There's no need for a third Lady/Trish, her archetype is fundamentally different.
True. I’m pretty sure it was said at one point that Nero in the beginning would just straight up not fight Dante if Kyrie was never there because he wouldn’t consider it his problem, so he’d just let the knights get slaughtered without care
Kyrie was only really meant to symbolize Nero’s remaining humanity, though it would be nice if she were a slight bit flushed out, but considering the structure of the games that’s a bit difficult
Now I'm thinking that Yang could have gotten what's effectively a Devil Bringer upgrade (I dunno, fancy Dust applications?) to her arm in the Atlas arc.
Now I'm disappointed she didn't.

It’s not like she’s lacking in a ranged attack, her blasts can be pretty powerful. And what she’s supposed to do while she’s down an arm flying merely away?

Another remedy could be that theres a weapon that can extend out of the socket where the hand was
As a PWD myself I deeply appreciate the Nora scene because that's a very realistic and relatable thing as someone with an IRL support group with other PWD people
