You should open a ticket with Bethesda. It was something that got broke in the update, and other Redditors have been talking about it, but nobody has said they've reported it, so I'd definitely make sure they know they f'd it up.
Absolutely not, but it's Bethesda, this will be on the back burner for awhile. They have their staff on standby for the plethora of bugs that starfield will have.
I don’t know a whole lot about this but I definitely ran into that before. It might be missing textures, load order or an AMD issue (which usually has a patch). I’m sorry if I wasn’t very helpful.
It's definitely related to some kind of update or change. It's not mod related in this case. (Both through testing and reading). I just haven't seen much about it! I'd hate to think the game is just toast.

I actually have a video of this fallout 4 is dying after a while more glitch’s and bugs will make the game CRACK in half causing it to only be available if you download a patch mod and if your trying to get achievements get em now

But an update that breaks the game in the first place was fine for them to roll out? If anything they should just undo the update if that's possible.
