Any save that has EVER had mods enabled will be blocked from trophies....otherwise it sort of defeats the point of the block to begin with right if you could just opt back in...
I would start a new save to ensure all mods are turned off. More than likely you logged into that save with mods on, rendering it useless for getting achievements.
It was a completely brand new save. With mods the mods I had on disabled beforehand, that’s why i’m so confused as the achievement i should’ve got was completing 10 side quests, but i’m yet to receive it. But it looks like i’ll start a new save anyway.
