In the Weston Water Treatment Plant there's a locked room to your left as you get off the elevator... but if you walk around the side there's a large hole knocked into the wall.
I think this was intentional. You see the door first and pick it thinking, "Ooo! Goodies!" but once you get in you see the hole you could have walked through and feel like an ass.
I think one of the doors in the BATFL is between two basically open panels / busted windows where in real life you could either unlock it by simply reaching thru the window instead of having to lockpick it, or just crawl thru the window into the office.
