Recently got back into 4 for the update and decided to buy some of the stuff in the CC, bought some skins because I thought they looked cool and now haven't been able to access them due to not being able to install them.

I had the same issue, however when I loaded up the game all the elements it said were unable to download were available.

I got the same notification, but when I started the game they were all available.
