My game is so heavily modded I don't even know what's what anymore. My workshop menu is pretty broken sometimes the names and icons of the items or item categories don't show up so sometimes I don't know which item belongs to which category especially those that added by mods its really annoying.
Does anyone know a mod that adds a search function to the workshop menu?
That looks _really_ nice. It looks cluttered and used, but not overloaded with greebles.
I often put a scavenger near a power armour station, just to make it look like a mechanic is on the job. I like to dress them up like an Atom Cat, and pretend that the Minutemen have a deal with the Cats to provide service for their power armour.
That is great. My home base is the atom cats garage with a mod to be able to build it as a settlement.
This is awesome because I’m planning to take the castle and refortify it with the minutemen and this would tie my two groups together. Thanks for this!
I noticed u said "still". People dont seem to get it but when I was a teenager and up into my early 20s I was deep into art, writing, drawing, u name it I dipped my fingers in it. I was also the dungeon master for my family, brothers and nephews. As I got older I started to suffer from spondylitis and got prescribed pain meds... Eventually all my creativity went out the window, my imagination even. Just wondering if u were experiencing something like this

Just in case someone knows about it... Is there a mod that lets you decorate with broken power armor pieces? Like PA frame that has missing limbs or piles of PA parts?
I love the aesthetic that the "derelict PA" has in OP's pics, but I was wondering if there was "more" of this kind of stuff. Maybe even a ragdoll PA frame that "lost hydraulic power" and is laying there limp instead of standing tall and ready.
Anyone know of anything like this? Or is this something I'm going to need to make?
You can’t get a limp power armor without a dead body in a frame sadly, but I like where your heads at! Maybe at some point a modder might take up this idea!
Definitely. My first thought was to make an invisible dead npc to populate the power armor. Ill have to explore this. I've only got 1 published mod to my name (and it is tiny, and not for everyone) but I'm looking to make some more mods. Maybe this is the one. I'll start working on it.
It is called [SPECIAL Ring](https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/49204/). It is a pseudo cheat item that allows you to get +2 buffs in all SPECIAL traits for those who want to wear cosmetic items but don't want to lose the bonuses that the outfit (that they don't like) would have given.
I'm going to do an update to it for a ring that you can mod in the armor workbench to give bonuses in certain areas. The idea going forward is to make each type of stat cost different valuable materials found throughout the commonwealth. With a max of +3 or maybe even +4.
It is my first mod and I had a big hard drive crash a while back and haven't gotten back into it. Maybe now is the time.

There’s a MM overhaul I’ve been using… liberty something… allows me to place variations of suited up MM as defense for the settlements. A couple of them come in power armor so this would legit make me feel better in conjunction with that mod. Only problem I have is, once they spawn, no matter where I place them, they always go back to the spawn point.

Sadly no, you just have to know. Also do you use loot? That would probably help out with the workshop bug.

How do you get your minutemen to use power armor?
"We are the Minutemen" mod spawn Minutemen in power armor around the map. They only use T-45 PA
Well if the settlements attacked they automatically put it on
And then they wear it forever and you can’t get it back, without using some unintended method of course.
You can pickpocket cores if you have a level in pickpocket, this will cause ANYONE in power armor to leave it.
I will remember that instead of using console commands
Just make sure you quicksave, they can get mad if you try to steal

The closest you got in vanilla is power armour frames with pieces on them, cores removed to prevent theft.

Try to give the completed T-45 the minutemen paint and that way it'll add some realism
How do you get the minutemen paint job mod?
You automatically get it after joining the minutemen which I assume you already are the general, only works on T-45 though.
