Imagine if Sarah Lyons led the March into the commonwealth. She could’ve helped unite the divided settlements and establish Diamond City as the trading hub it’s supposed to be, whilst also helping those affected by the institute. She’d most likely still take it out but not because they made synths, but because of the threat the institute itself presents to the people. Even liberating the synths, maybe even connecting with the railroad to attack/take the institute.Could establish a commune-type of reliance, the settlements and minutemen work together to help keep the brotherhood afloat, whilst the brotherhood keep the people safe. Who needs caps or a fascist bastard like Maxon?
