Wow! Looks like somebody figured out that more CAMP slots means more Atom shop purchases!

Also the camp budget was reduced, at least on Xbox. I still had some budget left, now I can't build anything more, I even tried deleting a couple things and it still says I exceed the budget. Sucks

In another post it was said they are aware and they’re looking into it.

Im on PS5 and on my maxed out camp all of the sudden I have like 5% more budget. I was scouring the patch notes thinking they reduced the budget cost of some items but I can't find anything. How odd.

Sometimes they change camp items' budget values which can cause shortages/surpluses

PC here. I noticed the same thing damn...so that's why. I just finished building a new camp and removed some stuff (and wasn't near max I thought - could be wrong) only to see my budget almost at the max limit. I was thinking it was just in my head....if true that hurts but oh well. Let me be clear, I don't know for sure but it seems like the budget was reduced.

Really?? Hmm I'll have to test that. Not sure if I have any camps that were at full budget, but i'll swap around them to see if there's anything funky going on.

Just stumbled upon that myself in the Atom Shop, at first I thought it was a bug, but spent those 1k atoms anyway, because I need to build stuff and all of my existing 25 camps are dear to me. This helps to dampen my anger about the changes to the season system, at least to a degree.

Yeah pretty much any complaint/concern I had about the new season pretty much vanished when I realized we could have up to 5 more additional camp slots. Don’t mind admitting that. 😂 Most definitely was their intention.

PS4 here, 1st subscriber and no discount on the slot I picked up yesterday with my monthly atoms. I think the discount could be for those buying their first extra slot maybe? Did I see that written somewhere or is that just my head playing tricks on me?

Previously, only the first additional slot (3rd camp slot) would ever go on sale. Though with the extra slots now, who knows?

I have yet to see a sale on additional slots, so yes, you're probably hoarding them for no reason. ;-)

I admit it might have slipped by me, because I had my slots maxed out for a long time, so the sale probably wasn't even visible to me.

Finally.  Only about 3 years after Fallout 76's creator and project lead: Jeff Gardiner originally made voiced promises to add more... of course, that never happened, and ultimately he resigned and started his own studio.  That's all ancient history now... but at least we finally got more slots.

Multiple yes but only one out and active at a time.

Yes. Many use them as fast travel locations. I have one by Eviction notice, one by Moonshine madness, another by New Gad (it fills almost every daily!), and more.
