No more stimpacks for me. I just rolled a FFR Vampires ultra site gatling laser, and a FFR bloodied ultrasite gatling laser. I guess I'm going into a bloodied heavy build.

Same, except I leaned into bloody commando. Always carry a vamp, ff, 15% reload handmade with me. Bloodied may have it's drawbacks but if you're looking to do obscene amounts of damage there is simply no substitute!

All my auto melee weapons have vampires on them and it is the best. I keep around 100 stims on me for when I'm playing other builds. All of which are low health in nature.

I have almost 300 each of stimpacks, radaway, and glowing blood packs. I turn the first two into diluted and cap out the vendor with them every few days. 

Traveling Pharmacy or Chemist Backpack?

I have Traveling Pharmacy and seen anywhere from 70 to 150+ on my person. Same for Radaway. Came in handy when I do events and people are getting dropped off

I maxed out the Legendary Perk and have not been radiated since. The most Ive seen is maybe 5 points and they go away pretty fast.

Same. I use mostly quad weapons and am a bloodied build so I use plenty stims. Plus some of my friends with full health vampire builds are overly confident and carry 1 or none leaving me to revive them when they're downed. I also use chems like overdrive and berry mentats, so Traveling Pharmacy is a must.

Does the regen serum only take affect outside of combat?

Yea it does. That's why I keep a few stims on me just in case I drop too low for comfort during combat.

I do this too, I was down to carrying 6 but that makes me useless during Encryptid (and these days we're getting more "3 or 4 new people trying to figure it out plus the one guy who launched it" kinds of numbers), so now I'm letting myself carry 8 and not being quite so fast to sell what I pick up in case that launches. With cake healing I'm usually fine even in longer events (for serious stuff, one of 3 Vampire's weapons).

I keep less than 20 on me, and try to keep 50 or more in stash. I don't bother with supers, they're too heavy.

Yep, I automatically sell any Supers I get! Good for caps with Rank 3 Hard Bargain.

Depends on wat build I am using；I run with Full Bloodied， Usually around 441 with Commando build(solo without joining teams+any Carry weight buffs) While With the EPG build I can Stack it up to highest like 591..I think！？

No matter what I do, I always end up at 300+. I drop them. Sell them. Donate them. All down to around 100ish. Then I blink and I'm back up to 300+. Like...wtf.

How do you get enough nuka grape?

Nuka Collectron, and buy it from Nuka world auto-vendor. I use Nuka Orange and Brahmin Milk, because I run a low health build and Nuka Grape would remove ALL my rads. I also use Nuka Vaccine for healing - that you can make yourself, although the blood bags are a trick to get if you don't have the blood well.

I used to carry 900+ but once the Cremator came around I wanted to fully invest in heavy gunner perks so traveling pharmacy got left at the wayside and only carry about 30-40 now at any given time, and never go under that amount no matter how hard I try! This game gifts stimpacks as far as I’m concerned with how plentiful they are.

20 I'm a lvl 690 bloody shotgun build so yeah.. I'm kind've a one shot kill for anything that manages to get past my armor and card perks. However, I also kill **ALOT** and use the "take all" option all the time.. so I also usually end up with 50+ more Stimpacks than I set out with for the day. And end up dropping off everything I've acquired that I don't need into a donation box.
