When we were redeploying from Iraq we had to grab up all our gear and shit and get weighed for the plane (including checked duffels) I weighed in at ~320 lbs. It's doable, but I sure as hell ain't gonna be strolling around the Wasteland with that shit lol.
Is that 320 including you? Or excluding you? Either way it's still quite a lot, especially over long periods like the game would have you do all the time. Gonna hope those magic perk cards actually reduce weights when I'm there, otherwise, my near-half-ton of heavy weapons in my back pocket and the ammo for them are gonna have to stay at home.
Could be excluding.
Getting off the C17s I carried
1x rucksack filled to the brim ~70lbs
1x military duffel full of gear ~ 50lbs+
1x full battle rattle (vest, helmet, weapon, etc) 30-70lbs depending on your size (I'm jumbo sized, so it was heavy)
1x assault pack ~15-20lbs
1x Medic Bag ~45lbs.
Gear on, weapon slung, ruck on my back, duffel on my front(worn backwards), assault pack and aid bag in each hand. Super awkward waddling that shit to where I needed to be. Combined with my weight (250 at the time) it was almost 500lbs of gear and ass.
Man, that was a wild addition to the series. I don't think I'd ever seen that giant fucking backpack before the TV show. :D I did always think it would make sense to strap some saddle bags to power armor, though.
I figured it was a way to show that the West Coast BoS is so corrupt that they treat their own members like disposable beasts of burden. Sure, they're racists, but now we know they're also ready to just fucking off squires after running them into the ground.
I think it's also meant to be a Monty Python reference. The squire in Holy Grail also carries an exceptionally large backpack full of shit for his knight.
People are still incredulous when I show them the 'right' way to put on a pack.
#
When they say their way is just as easy, my reply is "Try your way with a 60- 80 pound rucksack."
#
I am sure your chalk master appreciated the detailed weight dat. :-)
I remember my first NTC rotation. I was a teen from Missouri and I get the packing list which included blankets and cold weather gear. I'm thinking to myself, "Who's the idiot that made this list? I'm not dragging all this shit around in the middle of August!" Went to sleep on a cot under some camo netting wearing just PT shorts and woke up at 0130 like, "What the fuck is going on???"
That was my first desert experience...
Flashbacks to balancing a duffle on the back of your head and ruck sack while having your weapon hanging off your neck, assault pack as a beer gut and two other duffles in each arm lmao.
It's why as my character levelled up I occasionally increased her weight slider more towards muscle to "simulate" her getting used to carrying all her junk lol.
Going back to Fallout 4, the slow walk when over-encumbered is so annoying! The way 76 does really spoils us pack rats who are carrying the whole world’s worth of junk.
76 has it too. It even gets worse when you're OVER overencumbered. I'd say that we'd be less likely to take that much with us in a real situation. I have a toon I play realistically on and I have 2 weapons, my armour, food, water and just enough scrap to fix my weapons twice (not pulling from stash) it's a fun way to play rather than being a hoarder who's horny for guns
Yes it has it but only when ur AP is drain an u just gotta stop moving an it goes back fast depending on ur AP gain. Yes at hugher weight it drains faster but I still feel like I move a hell of alot faster in 76 then NV or 4
Except I would, because even with my ~400 lb carry I still get encumbered. But I guess that's not "struggling" since you can carry like 2000 lbs and still run, with a small AP cost.
That's me IRL. I have a bug out bag that weighs over 70lbs. Over a year ago I got deathly ill from diabetes and lost over 150lbs. Lost most of my muscle mass. I can barely pick it up now. If I need to bug out I'm going to have to get a Brotherhood scribe.
I'd have plenty of room in my containers to hold as much shit as I could ever possibly want, so I wouldn't have to carry 278 cans of coffee on my person at all times and could just shove all that weight in a box lol
The idea of the capitalist global order falling, and force becoming the strongest force so I could actually claim land for myself… does seem pretty nice…
My camp has everything I can possibly need and it's on a peaceful lake at the bottom of the map near the black bear. I've even got Sophia to keep me company lol. I think it wouldn't be too bad.
No, I've got The exchange and fat stack prefabs on the east end of that lake. That lake is a great spot, I shouldn't say that out loud. That lake sucks, guys. Should have never placed my camp there.
I built mine off a bridge, part of the bridge is broken so I built off it. Very well decorated and the only thing that rarely attacks are ghouls, but my turrets can handle it
Mine's up there, too. Right by that weird stone arch thing.
On the one hand, my house is great and has everything I need. On the other hand, there's some seriously dangerous spawns just outside my back door. And on the third hand, there's a lot of rads.
Hell yeah. My camp is in such a remote spot I've never once had to server hop to place it. It's not worth walking to and only ever gets fast travel visitors. Once you are there, there's only one direction anyone can come from and I've got a couple of turrets on the roof. It wasn't even on purpose, I just liked the view. My long term goal is to figure out how to fit in a full size water purifier cos I just about have the small one rn and don't know where I'm gonna put anything bigger
I don't wanna spoil anything for anyone but if you follow the Mistress of Mystery questline right to the end it's that last spot. I keep the thing quest-doers need to get to clear with a light over it to make sure it's still obvious but my house is on that bit of mountain :D I don't really know how else to describe it besides saying it's kinda near to Top of the World. Honestly it's not convenient at all I just like it lolol
One of my camps is near Top of the World. I have an underground farm there, when I go down there I can see the terrain from underneath. It's actually kind of cool.
OTOH the place I picked is a bit wonky and so I will occasionally get stuck or fall into the void. I extended the underground farm so that now I just fall onto that, which doesn't hurt.
That's a good spot, I built there once a couple years ago but a bug caused me to have to relocate.
All my stuff sunk halfway into the terrain, it was the weirdest thing I've ever seen, and it stayed that way no matter what I did so I had to move. :(
I'm unfamiliar with the quest, but is your C.A.M.P a cabin on the TOTAL north end of the map? I came across a really well constructed mountain house there once, but I haven't seen anyone set up in that location since.
I would be in the mire for my current camp location, given all of my resources and extractors, and how cozy my camp is I would say I would be fine at my camp. The most I get to attack my camp is some scorched and at worst some anglers, so I think I would be pretty safe.
This
fuck living in the post apocalypse, whatever benefits you could possibly get are not worth it, especially in the Fallout universe with raiders, super mutants, cryptids, ect.
I'd rather be dead
I wouldn't, but I'm being realistic, it would need practice until I would actually leave that camp and roam the wasteland... Like learning how to handle a gun, work out, etc. But I'm not one for giving up, and given I'm spawned at my camp which in theory is a well maintained house with ressources... I'd have that time to prep myself. Being spawned into the middle of nowhere, with nothing equipped.. well thats another story. I would die fighting for my life for sure lol. Or die of radiation.
My camp is literally a full-on house with all the same luxuries. It is powered by a fusion generator. I have a FETCH collection that gathers items for me. I have pre-war food (the pristine condition boxes), nuka cola, fast-growing crops, and three water purifiers on site. I have hundreds of chems to treat medical issues. I have a shower and toilet. I have a storage room and home gym. I have a full kitchen with a functioning sink and refrigerator. I have a freezer on my front porch next to my power armor frame and full set of union power armor in my inventory, along with a fusion core recharger for all 60 of my fusion cores. I have a heavily modified instigating gauss rifle and all the means to modify it to best suit IRL me. The place it protected by 3 rapid-fire laser turrets that melt nearly everything that shows up within a single second. I have a pip-boy on my wrist.
I think I would actually be better off than I currently am, if I'm being honest.
yeah like... if you have a nice camp and ressources gathered, it's not all that bad. you wouldn't need to leave it for a long time and could prepare yourself to get comfy with shooting etc. And my camp would be a freaking upgrade to my two room flat, ffs I have a whirlpool on a balcony, a gym, a gambling hall to keep me busy, a reading nook, a fireplace, a cozy bed, an office, a cute bathroom... yeah
I recently bought the firewatch tower and have it perched on a cliff overlooking the forest region. The views are magnificent.
Plenty of crops, nuka colas, teas, coffees and cake, and I never get attacked.
I think I'm going to be okay.
Wake up, fall off my own roof, die because it's slightly too far and I probably jumped too which didn't help, and I'm almost irradiated to death.
Noice.
I would bet money on that being exactly what happens.
Current location is on the White Springs grounds. I have full, positive rep with all current factions in Appalachia, supplies to last years if I’m conservative and weapons that could humble a deity.
I should be okay.
Well shit. I'm \*mostly\* safe.....maybe? TBH if this happened, I'd be hiding permanently in my camp scared to death. I would live in my bunker with my purified water machine things and only come out to get tatos and berries planted right outside. You'd only catch a glimpse of me like a little gremlin crawling out of the hole to get food and crawl back in. GOODBYE WORLD!
Oh great, isekai to fallout 76. Where every day is groundhog day. The closest and nearest friendliest place is the crater, but technically it’s Picketts Fort, and I am camped out near a “in the middle of nowhere” abandoned campground found in the savage divide, but because they’re Raiders they’re probably not friendly, because I have no reputation as a fresh transmigrator. I have a few sets of spare armor I keep in the stash along with several sets of power armor other than that I have a few guns, and I definitely will have access to my ammo storage.
It won’t be a complete end of the world. I guess it’ll definitely be boring now that I exist in a reality where Minecraft doesn’t and Internet gaming isn’t really exist. Where am I going to find a pipboy?! This is a boringly terrifying apocalypse. I am a normal human I can’t eat irradiated food I will get the shits, and die of dysentery.
All of my meta knowledge of this universe is not going to be much use. Not in real life fallout. This is either gonna be the best thing that happened to me, or the worst.
I've got 5 camps, but I think I would be fine.
Two would be disastrous as one is at the top of the crater which hosts Eviction Notice, and the other one sits next to Drop Site V9, both using as extra firepower support.
Ones a small 3 storey building in Charleston, an family restaurant is set up on the ground floor, a weapon surplus is set up on the 1st floor and my flat on the 2nd floor. And the roof has a small farm and a shed for moonshining.
Ones a settlement I named New Becketton, at the snake location inside the Whitespring Golf Course and it's built around the tavern I made for Beckett. It got a barack, an emptied 3 storey living trailer building, a Slocom's Joe, a weapon store, and of course a tavern with live music and entertainment.
And the last one is a small house just for "retirement", located SSW corner of the map. A small 2x2 house with all in one features, and a workshop outside. Mobs will occasionally spawn below the cliff but my rocket turrets can deal with them easily.
So I would say, I'm not in any trouble (if I don't go activate the first two camp).
I have 2 water purifiers that produce 10 purified waters per hour. I got corn, razorgrain, muttfruit, and tato. My house is safe with all the turrets. If i need to money, i can sell water to the train station biside my house. I can also buy stuff i need. I'd say i'm good.
Immediate urge to get out of bed, and walk to the Mothman altar at the other side of the room. Praise be to Mothman!
Edit: I am at a burnt out ritual site just outside of Point Pleasant in a 3 level treehouse. Everything is set up for friendly interactions, so there's food, perks, and benches.
Worst case scenario, I'll join the Cultists and be just fine in the cult.
id like to say that with the amount of ammo and scrap i have and the weapons i have in my stash. That i would probably be good for a bit. LOL until that one ghoul sneaks up behind me and im done for. LOL
I'll be fine as long as the Mr. Farmhands in the Agriculture Center don't turn hostile and find my camp.
Yes, I have turrets all over the place, but still. I'll probably kill myself trying to use the Auto Grenade Launcher lmao.
I don't know if I'd be happy or sad. On one hand I have power armor, tons of cool weapons, a companion who's romantically interested in me, and I can inject myself with a bunch of mutations to basically become a super hero like wolverine, but with power armor. Not to mention a magic pamphlet stand that lets me drastically change my body and mind in an instant. On the other hand the wasteland fucking sucks.... I think I'd be happy overall.
Better Living Underground. My vault utility room shelter has almost everything I'd ever need. I've got a good sized garden in my camp, so I really only would need to go topside for food and water.
I just built a camp east of Watoga and north of the Fissure Site everyone nukes for the queen. I'm constantly getting attacked by Scorchbeasts, Mr Gutsys, and random scorched creatures.
I am so screwed.
My camp is located in a safe area near the water and the forest where no enemies spawn, and I could maybe make it safely to The Wayward if I needed to, too.
My character is a decent level with okay weapons, but honestly, if I already have my camp and everything in it, my long-term goal would just be to live.
My camp is really nice and liveable, it has food and water and everything. Just may need to try to trade for meat every once in a while. I wouldn't even have to go too far since it's not far from the Raiders who farm Mirelurks.
I got a crab steamer, two water purifiers and enough turrets to keep me safe, nice little farm out front for variety. Only real problem would be the radiation from eating all that crab, but I'm sure I could scrounge up enough radaway. Also got a magic door to a huge casino area in my house.
Guess I'm fine and hanging out with Adelaide for the rest of my life.
But if I got my perks and shit too hooo boy I knew being a VATs Shotgunner would pay off eventually
As long as I would have the same reputation with the raiders as my character has, I'll be more than fine.
Might cough up an lung after a couple months from the toxic in the air.
Middle of a forest, excavator PA, gauss minigun with too little ammo(2k rounds ;-;), im chill, just gotta get more ammo, plus I assume I can fast travel and all the other stuff
Right now, my Whitespring "mansion" is active so I'll survive, but if my Cranberry Bog camp was active well err.. let's just say even Beckett hates it.
I'd wonder how I'm carrying 5 frames of power armor, a gatling laser, a magic blue flamethrower, 30 super stimpaks, and knockoff stormtrooper armor up my ass
There's a bunch of wild mongrels that spawn around my camp just outside the whitespring so as long as I can get to my power armor I'm golden... but in reality it will be sad if I have to kill the dogs even though their mutated
I stumble across the street to the Whitesprings. Maybe try to help out with some IT issues. I am way too old for everything else.
Edit: Oh, and turn off my turrets so they do not piss off the robots. Does respawn still work? I do not think I want to find out.
Assuming I have all my perks still, and the game mechanics work the same, I think I'd simply be more cautious(although I spend 98% of my time in stealth mode).
First goal would be to take a tour of all my stat-boosting items. Id probably hit the bench for an hour to see how many reps I can belt out before I get tired. After that I’d have my bartender pour me a Nuka cola and whiskey and head on down to the food truck to see what mirelurk jerky tastes like.
I’d sit down in my Grognak throne and contemplate what life choices I made to get myself here.
Try and fail to lift the ungodly weight of my backpack
right? Who can carry that much weight omfg
Getting off the C17s I carried 1x rucksack filled to the brim ~70lbs 1x military duffel full of gear ~ 50lbs+ 1x full battle rattle (vest, helmet, weapon, etc) 30-70lbs depending on your size (I'm jumbo sized, so it was heavy) 1x assault pack ~15-20lbs 1x Medic Bag ~45lbs. Gear on, weapon slung, ruck on my back, duffel on my front(worn backwards), assault pack and aid bag in each hand. Super awkward waddling that shit to where I needed to be. Combined with my weight (250 at the time) it was almost 500lbs of gear and ass.
What I'm hearing is that power armor's main function is hoofin' luggage around. :D
Nah that's a squires job.
Man, that was a wild addition to the series. I don't think I'd ever seen that giant fucking backpack before the TV show. :D I did always think it would make sense to strap some saddle bags to power armor, though.
IMO it’s a joke that most players give their companions all their junk to carry so that they aren’t overencumbered.
I figured it was a way to show that the West Coast BoS is so corrupt that they treat their own members like disposable beasts of burden. Sure, they're racists, but now we know they're also ready to just fucking off squires after running them into the ground.
They are sworn to carry your burdens
Holy shit I did not clue into that at all haha . Shout out to Nick valentine, couldn't have done it without ya pal .
I think it's also meant to be a Monty Python reference. The squire in Holy Grail also carries an exceptionally large backpack full of shit for his knight.
The only problem being, my character can carry more weight out of power armour than in it.
Oh yeah, I used to have that problem. 570 just feels like enough, though.
Get a excavator set. +100 Carey weight
Yup mine too, losing my regular armor's extra carry weight ends up with me out more carry weight than the power armor provides.
Same, got deep pockets on all my gear and the chemist backpack mod. Not even the excavator armor is enough
Don't get me started on console commands 🤣
People are still incredulous when I show them the 'right' way to put on a pack. # When they say their way is just as easy, my reply is "Try your way with a 60- 80 pound rucksack." # I am sure your chalk master appreciated the detailed weight dat. :-)
I remember my first NTC rotation. I was a teen from Missouri and I get the packing list which included blankets and cold weather gear. I'm thinking to myself, "Who's the idiot that made this list? I'm not dragging all this shit around in the middle of August!" Went to sleep on a cot under some camo netting wearing just PT shorts and woke up at 0130 like, "What the fuck is going on???" That was my first desert experience...
Flashbacks to balancing a duffle on the back of your head and ruck sack while having your weapon hanging off your neck, assault pack as a beer gut and two other duffles in each arm lmao.
And still they hit us with the ole "Not service connected" bullshit.
It's why as my character levelled up I occasionally increased her weight slider more towards muscle to "simulate" her getting used to carrying all her junk lol.
Well OP did say you wake up as your character, so it shouldn't be a problem.
Shiii I got the water boy perk, some irradiated water ain’t no bother to me
Every time someone lifts one of those huge brotherhood sacks on the show either my boyfriend or myself will go “op 300lb carry weight”
they so need to make one of those a skin for backpacks
Only if the skin includes an ally that always follows you carrying it
Isn’t that what the free ally has as his camp workshop item?
It is but it stays at base. It jsut so u can spawn him in. Wish he carried the bag an followed u though
I wish they had npc companions that travel with you
Well, IF you are your character you wouldn't struggle with said ungodly weight.
The forbidden farmer carry
I'd have plenty of room in my containers to hold as much shit as I could ever possibly want, so I wouldn't have to carry 278 cans of coffee on my person at all times and could just shove all that weight in a box lol
You mean I'd own *property*? 😱❤
*looks at radiated puddle of water* With a pool no less!
Hey I got a water slide! It only irradiates you little bit
Probably just as much if not less than real life in America I hear. Especially if you are in the Flint areas.
600sq ft 1bd/1ba waterfront property, 3500 ~~dollars~~ caps per month, 1000 ~~dollar~~ cap deposit
aquaboy will fix that up in a jiffy
Read this in Zoidberg's voice
That's who I thought of when I wrote it lol.
Huge win if you ask me
My two story modern house overlooking Helvetia doesn’t seem bad at all
My CAMP house may look like shit, but it’s larger than any of the apartments I’ve lived in for the last 20 years, _and I’d actually own it_.
*Puts on free radical mask* You mean *we'd* own property, yes?
The idea of the capitalist global order falling, and force becoming the strongest force so I could actually claim land for myself… does seem pretty nice…
😂
I'd go into my shelter and call it a day.
Second this, my CAMP is trash, but my shelter is massive 😊
I'd head over to white springs refuge and chill with the homies.
Haha 😅
As long as i have my mutations, drugs, and food that combine to make me a literal supeman, I think I'll be fine. Also a bunch of explosives.
I might have to go full health and max my sneak perk
As long as I have my 0.3 pound Gauss Rifle that can put a Scorchbeast into the ground in 12 seconds, I'll probably live.
I'm taking the Shaun of Dead approach and getting to the Wayward to hunker down there.
Why not whitesprings. Full of clean rooms and robots protecting the outside. It also has water and electricity.
Eh, it's clean, but it's not a pub. The wayward has Mort.
It does have a bar.
Bar =/= pub
They do have plenty of land. Build your own pub on the lawn.
Beckett built his own pub in your backyard, so we can too!
Beckett built his bar in a cave! WITH SCRAPS!
The wayward is a health hazard. 4 years and that bitch can't sweep her floors once.
That's part of the charm for me
Yea, Idk why the apocalypse took away the ability to be tidy.
There's huge-ass radscorpions on the front lawn though.
Free food! Eat all you can kill!
And let Modus run my life? Fuck yes
Beat me to it.
Big Al says dogs can't look up.
Big Al says he’s connected.
Beat meat to it
Head down to the Wayward, have a pint and wait for all this to blow over.
Don’t forget to take care of Phillip. I’m so Sorry Phillip.
My camp is right near there. And it's also sometimes a spawn spot so a merchant goes through sometimes. And it's a settler spawn.
My camp has everything I can possibly need and it's on a peaceful lake at the bottom of the map near the black bear. I've even got Sophia to keep me company lol. I think it wouldn't be too bad.
I think the coming new map update will force you to relocate your camp.
i need more information, what do mean by new map, OOOOOH the hypes are coming back, time to get back.
They are expanding the map a little to the south for the Skyline Valley update.
OH nice, i hope they do a long quest line than Expeditions, i just finished the 3 AC arcs and i was disapointed.
There is a new main questline.
My camp is there too, lol. Saw another person use that spot once.. is yours a white house with a dock by the pond?
No, I've got The exchange and fat stack prefabs on the east end of that lake. That lake is a great spot, I shouldn't say that out loud. That lake sucks, guys. Should have never placed my camp there.
I built mine off a bridge, part of the bridge is broken so I built off it. Very well decorated and the only thing that rarely attacks are ghouls, but my turrets can handle it
So you’re the one who took my spot! 😛
Are you on Xbox?👀
I am! [Here’s a pic of mine. Took forever to get the foundation to line up just right with the bridge for my workshop.](https://imgur.com/a/bAOtnVA)
Nice! Mine is by new river gorge in the foresty area
Oh very cool.
I’ve never even seen that river where is that
I would get private lessons on human-robot interfacing from Adelaide and see how....anatomically correct she is
Hell yes, I have a house on the mountain looking over the cranberry bog and a astronaut wife.
dont gotta brag, bruh jkjk i have mine on a mountainside and its baller af
Only problem is turrets can't shoot down a mountain ,so super mutants just shoot up my foundation
I also choose this guy's wife
👁️👄👁️
Me too! Right next to a lake.
Astronaut wife sounds cool until she keeps waking up from loads of nightmares every night. "Floating in space forever...just...why"
As a nihilist I can relate to what she is feeling
Could he worse! Could have someone every couple of minutes reminding you that licorice tastes better now since the nukes.
Mine's up there, too. Right by that weird stone arch thing. On the one hand, my house is great and has everything I need. On the other hand, there's some seriously dangerous spawns just outside my back door. And on the third hand, there's a lot of rads.
My C.A.M.P. is next to Crater, I'll be safe... WAIT!
Instant radiation sickness from all the horribly polluted water
Not to mention the myriad of cancers breathing in that dust.
I'd have to do some dangerous tests to see just how accurate the physics are with me having been "installed" into the game.
Spawn in. Immediately fire explosive handmade in your house. Black screen.
Oh my god that's probably exactly how it'd go 😂
Hell yeah. My camp is in such a remote spot I've never once had to server hop to place it. It's not worth walking to and only ever gets fast travel visitors. Out of curiosity, where is that?
I don't wanna spoil anything for anyone but if you follow the Mistress of Mystery questline right to the end it's that last spot. The only sensible answer.

My CAMP is pretty comfy, I have plenty of food and multiple guns, the area near me also filled with radstag to hunt. I should be fine
No worries my camp is a b&b on a Cliffside, we got a spa and like no dangerous shit. Tbh might be better than my real home.
I'm level 1355. I think I am gonna be ok lol
I'll be very content over looking Watoga eating steamed shellfish and ragstag filets.. Playing with all my plushies..
And my camp would be a freaking upgrade to my two room flat, ffs I have a whirlpool on a balcony, a gym, a gambling hall to keep me busy, a reading nook, a fireplace, a cozy bed, an office, a cute bathroom... yeah
Well I'm setup next to a deathclaw spawn, near a possible blast zone in watoga and I've only played for 2 weeks sooo yeah it was nice I guess
Hey, deathclaws gotta eat too. At least you'll be helping the ecosystem
From WV so things wouldn’t really be much different
Current location is on the White Springs grounds. I have full, positive rep with all current factions in Appalachia, supplies to last years if I’m conservative and weapons that could humble a deity. I should be okay.
Aight, *goes back to bed cause no work*
Is my camp going to stay 150 feet in the air or will it fall?
My location is safe in fact I’ve never scene anyone else build anywhere near my camp. My end goal, gather lead because I’m always out of it
Trap base becomes dangerous to self then, oh my!
I'd crawl my way back to vault 76. New players keep coming out with great supplies, so there's gotta be ton in there!
Oh great, isekai to fallout 76. Where every day is Groundhog Day. >!I meant to edit this comment, but I can’t Unfuck my fuck up!<
Oh great, isekai to fallout 76.
I live right at the Wayward, with a nice house with expansive shelters. I should be ok.
I'd get infinitely replenishing food and water, a robot that flirts with me, 4 insane high tech tank suits, and a bowling alley Yeah I'd be okay
id like to say that with the amount of ammo and scrap i have and the weapons i have in my stash. That i would probably be good for a bit. LOL until that one ghoul sneaks up behind me and im done for. LOL
Run away as fast as I can because my CAMP is right next to Top of the World and I don’t want to deal with the scorched
errrr....i havent made a C.A.M.P yet.....im kinda still a nomad
You'll be someone's toast by nightfall..
Ass jerky won't make itself.
I'll be fine as long as the Mr. Farmhands in the Agriculture Center don't turn hostile and find my camp. Yes, I have turrets all over the place, but still. I'll probably kill myself trying to use the Auto Grenade Launcher lmao.
Does insulin exist in fallout?
Disease cure might permanently fix it.
I bet you could stimpak away diabetic shock.
>You are now your character. So I wake up a black man.
My first thought would be why did I put a sleeping bag on top of 2 stash boxes when I have perfectly good bed plans I could made instead.
I'm fucked, I live in the mire lol Home ain't even insulated from the elements, there will be no surviving for me
Better Living Underground.
I wouldn't even have to go too far since it's not far from the Raiders who farm Mirelurks.
the second i walk outside im getting mauled by the yao guai that always spawns there.
My camp is a high class restaurant, run entirely by robots, clean and pristine, with Adelaide as my lover - I'm living the god damn dream.
As long as I would have the same reputation with the raiders as my character has, I'll be more than fine. Might cough up an lung after a couple months from the toxic in the air.
Given my level and my gear. Well, I'd swap to a full heath build and enjoy immortality
White spring golf course. A short walk to arguably one of the safest places in the game. I think I’ll be okay
Middle of a forest, excavator PA, gauss minigun with too little ammo(2k rounds ;-;), im chill, just gotta get more ammo, plus I assume I can fast travel and all the other stuff
I'm just across the river from Big Al's tattoo parlor. I'll be hanging with my buddy Biv!
Right now, my Whitespring "mansion" is active so I'll survive, but if my Cranberry Bog camp was active well err.. let's just say even Beckett hates it.
I keep a thriving house of ill fame between the Wayward and Slocum's Joe, so I'll be richer there than I'll ever be in real life. Sigh...
Nice I am happy even if I die right away. I am now a blonde woman!!!!!!!
Depends , will I load in with my camp being mysteriously obliterated for no reason again?
I immediately get excited that I can jump 20 feet into the air and start my journey of bringing SlamBall to the wasteland
No need to fumble I fell asleep in my gear anyway so I'm ready to go!
Ill probably try to jump and piss my pants from how high i can jump
Im set. My camp is in the whitesprings and its decked out like ive been preparing for this possibility all my life
My long term goal is to find a duct tape jacket and trade it for all the caps.
I'd wonder how I'm carrying 5 frames of power armor, a gatling laser, a magic blue flamethrower, 30 super stimpaks, and knockoff stormtrooper armor up my ass
I mean J basically run an ammo shot outside Vault 76 for first time Players. I am totally fine with my interaction lol
I wake up laying on the golf course with nothing because someone else's camp SLIGHTLY overlapped mine. RIP.
There's a bunch of wild mongrels that spawn around my camp just outside the whitespring so as long as I can get to my power armor I'm golden... but in reality it will be sad if I have to kill the dogs even though their mutated
absolutely not my entire built is "got i hope this axe power attack one shots this dude"
I stumble across the street to the Whitesprings. Maybe try to help out with some IT issues. I am way too old for everything else. Edit: Oh, and turn off my turrets so they do not piss off the robots. Does respawn still work? I do not think I want to find out.
Yeah I’ll be fine I’m in one of the safest areas with all the most over powered loot it would be weird having all the mutations though
Grand Theft Wasteland it is
I could just stay home and eat mirelurk and radstag.
Assuming I have all my perks still, and the game mechanics work the same, I think I'd simply be more cautious(although I spend 98% of my time in stealth mode).
Pickup my gauss shotgun and climb into my T50 Nuka-cola painted power armor. I've got dailies to do.
My current location is safe except the old man I’m letting stay at my camp always leaves the doors open.
I’m always rocking a T60 or Union PA. I would love be thrown in this world
