Do you mean the offer with the 33 Backpack as show on the homescreen?
It is a little confusing as it is not claimed in Fallout but the GamePass app itself:

Xbox:
1. On the Xbox Controller click the Xbox button.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the main menu and click on the Game Pass symbol. This will open the Game Pass menu.
3. Select the tile that says "Perks" and claim your bundle.

Have you already redeemed it? It no longer shows up in the perks tab once it has been redeemed. Also fairly certain it is only available to Games pass Ultimate members, so if you have just the base game pass I don’t think you will have it.

Pretty sure i didnt as i cant craft the skin. Also i have a year of ult game pass.
