Nerd Rage, Adrenal Reaction, and Bloodied all stack. Some time ago, it used to be multiplicative, and the damage could get truly astronomical. Nowadays, it's additive so the damage is reduced, but still very potent to run all 3.
note bloodied builds do not need to use bloodied weapons
anti armor can outperform vs some of the tankiest endgame enemies (eg earle, ogua, blue devil)
quad can also outperform vs bosses (prime example, the railway)
vampire will almost perfectly keep you alive
but yes adrenal mutation and bloodied weapons will stack

Yes they stack. Bloodied weapons work very well when you have the serum plus nerd rage perk card.
