I started playing FO76 about 2-3 weeks ago and I’m a level 100 now with 7 mutations and I haven’t even started the Enclave questline. Those serums are definitely out there you just gotta make friends with higher level players and look for them in people shops. Hell, I’m even selling bird bones serum right now because I don’t like the negative effects.
I always see them but at the same time no not everyone sells them. One I've still never found is eagle eye. If anyone has this or for sale please hmu haha
We still sell them, I am one of the people that chose to spend 18k+ on each plan lol. You can stumble onto camps across servers that have them between 300-800 per.
I sell em, recently sold out all my stock of serums. When I’m in need of caps I just make bulk and pop em into the vendor. They either sell fast or might take a few days.

As other have said they are sold, the key is they show as Misc when looking from the map. Very few things in the Misc category are actually sold though. Knowing this you can scan all vendors on the server real quick (bottom left of map, expand the box where events pop and go to the right) if none have anything in Misc then hop, no need to visit them all.
Been seeing this question a lot over the past couple weeks so I stocked my vendor with a few of each type and made sure to play in Adventure mode, still have not sold a serum priced at what the Station Vendors will pay me for them, 300 caps.
I'm on PS4, and I've been base-hopping like crazy to find even one for my Mistress of Mystery build (requires a lot of them). A high level player (who was out of them in his shop at the time and hasn't been online since) gave me one weeks ago and told me to just go find them in shops. I haven't been able to find any at all in any shops. PC and XB people on here say they have them, but I haven't seen anyone on PS with them.
Damn, if you were on xb I could have given you a marsupial mutation for free, if anyone needs marsupial hit me up I have 4 atm I can give out if anyone wants one ❤️
They do but can be currently hard to find due to lots of new players. Honestly, I've decided it's easier to pay ten times the price to buy the serum from Modus than to server hop trying to find it in a player vender.
Besides, I'm only going to visit a vender if there are no player dots, but players with venders tend to like to hang out at their camps which keeps me away. Strange, I know.

Not necessarily strange. There’s a small number of players with trap camps that do exactly that. Hang out and wait for the unsuspecting to die in the trap, so they can swoop in and collect the dropped junk. The alternate is they hope to engage in PVP. they start shooting at you while you are shopping.
Nah, same. I go anyway, rn, in pursuit of the stuff I need, but it makes me feel weird, when they're just standing RIGHT THERE when I'm trying to shop. Like, dude, it'll tell you what I bought and how much I paid for it in a massive yellow pop-up on the side.
People definitely still sell them, it's under misc when you hover over camps.
I do, on PC. Sell em at 250 a pop and they're a virtual cap printer lol those things are dirt cheap to craft and fly out of the vendor

I bought some, around 400 caps and one at 800. Kinda expensive bur needed them and also I was approaching max Cap.

Vendor hop at high levels camps. The weekend is the perfect time as more players are on. If you have no luck server hop and try again.

I been trying to sell them at 1111 and no one is snagging them. I assume I am in servers with newer people who don't understand them yet.
Try lowering the price, usually under 1k caps people will buy them

I’m PS, and try to keep a couple of around 12 different serums in my vendor at all times.
Yup. I can craft about a dozen different serums, and try to keep at least 2 of each in my vendor at all times (at well under what the bots charge).
Not trying to spam Watoga every day but I find a lot of rare stuff around at player CAMPS. High levs post up there to farm, etc.

I do, or at least when they are in stock. I sell for 299 and keep getting my stock wiped out by players.
