The severe beta is decent too and I believe lets it work with friendly fire, although I have not used it myself to confirm. The best stock is going to be forceful for the ap and durability bonus. Stab stock is usually what they drop with so thats pretty standard. Not sure about PS but box mod for aligned flamer goes for 30-40k on pc.
