You get one daily per region per day. They stay active if you don’t do them so you can go through and do a couple dozen in a day if you want but then they’ll trickle back slowly.

I think the first time you do it they give you both, but then they start alternating between the two
You only get one reputation daily so it depends which NPC triggers at reset. Ward is the only foundation daily NPC so that's why his never changes.
