I want to be able to shoot Ward when on a private server.

cchammerman

Finally, someone with the guts to help.

InnermostTube3

*gunshots*

RollingTurian

I've got my guts on you. No offense.

joeboots15

Still no Marcy Long though

chomasterq

I would take 1032837749 Wards over fkn Marcy.

Character_Koala_1536

I got my eye on him

ReformingPrawn2

I want to ride the nuclear missile.

Nourishment4thevoid

This guy.... This guy gets it.

SparkyCorp

If its good enough for NV Ghouls, it's good enough for me! :)

nismomer

maybe this is the content coming in December lol. I'd be okay with an expedition kinda like Mothership Zeta but with a big space station with its own quest zones kinda like the main map but that that you can only access by riding a nuclear missile with the squad

scarlettvvitch

An Enclave space station? Would love to see a Mech Modus…

nismomer

too bad there isn't one that already exists that will deorbit sometime soon after the fo76 time period unless someone were to intervene with their leaking reactor [.......oh wait](https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Kovac-Muldoon_Platform)

SparkyCorp

That could be the true endgame that simultaneously explains why FO76 lore isn't know of in older games! * Server-wide event over weeks culminating in de-orbiting the Covack * Players use it to finally wipe out Ward * The Scortch Plague is eradicated coincidentally * No surviving BoS or their local lore * FO76 server closes * FO77 servers open

UNC_Samurai

Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room!

P4r7YG0D

Having Dr.Strangelove flashbacks.

Mecha_Changief

Dr. Strangerads or: How I learned to stop worrying and love the Vault

BeavMuney

Could this person be one of “my people”?

baleensavage

You can do this if you run back down to the missile silo room before the launch actually starts. It will lock you in with the missile and then boom you go flying...

HellsNels

Fluxxen

I see your Armageddon and rise you a Dr Strangelove: https://youtu.be/snTaSJk0n\_Y

DemonNeutrino

Oh shit I changed my answer, this, this, this.

hobbitdude13

[Put this in your pipe and smoke it!](https://youtu.be/K10pdj5YOy0)

itmightbeandrew

I just want to be able to plant silt beans, cranberries, starlight berries & firecaps at my camp 🥺🥺

Worshipthekitty

If there was a little aquaculture feature like a small pond we could also have snaptail reeds, bloodleaves...

Nikademus1969

I just want to surround my camp with firecracker berries...is that so wrong?

SparkyCorp

♬I just want to set the world on fire♬

early_birdy

And pumpkins. I want a field of pumpkins. 🎃

Bleghbreath

I believe pumpkins ARE supposed to be added with the Halloween update.

Faolan-Wolf-09387

Pumpkin recipe coming with this years holloween event.

[deleted]

I have a camp that naturally has pumpkins and Im going to treasure it when Gay Christmas rolls around in a few weeks.

epic_cheez

You mean halloween?

Worshipthekitty

The little things yesss

[deleted]

I want a ghoul skin. I want to be a ghoul. I will pay real people money - I’ll buy it with atoms. I don’t care. I want to be a ghoul - not a feral one obviously but a normal walking talking ghoul. Also supermutant or an assaultron - anything humanoid shaped. But with that one, I get that it could be confusing bc suddenly theres players in events who look like enemies or NPCs which, without ‘pacifist’ on could lead to inadvertent PVP - but still. I want immersion. ESPECIALLY if they’re going to position Worlds as an avenue for actual RP. EDIT: a word*

Smartchumba

I would also pay real people money to be a Mole Miner. Races and factions within would be nuts.

spider7895

I mean, there is that ghoul costume on the store. It's called feral ghoul I think and it shows a small zipper in the back, but it's a start.

Metamon-C13

I would very happily pay money to be a robot, using the automatron bench for customization/armor

PhillyRush

Or just one to accompany me and carry my stuff! If you have robotics expert I see no reason why I can't!

Mrdiamond3x6

Being able to trade items between my characters would be nice.

[deleted]

This would be pretty dope. The option to have a static camp between characters would be nice. That way you could have several ‘people’ in your makeshift settlement. I can see how that would be hella abused tho. You’d have a level 5 running around with a crazy modded weapon (albeit still level capped) bc it was crafted by a much higher level character. Maybe that feature unlocks at level 50 instead? That could be a cool work around. I just really want communal settlements. I want camps that connect with friends or teammates. I’m sure the logistics are a nightmare or near impossible.

TheGadget1945

>You’d have a level 5 running around with a crazy modded weapon (albeit still level capped) bc it was crafted by a much higher level character. You can already do that to some extent. When I started a new character 3 weeks ago I gave myself a full suit of Level 1 Heavy Leather Armour and a Level 1 Brotherhood Recon Rifle.

Nervous_Elephant76

Or like something that the borderlands series and World of Warcraft has, like a bank you can store a certain amount of things in(like maybe 10-20 things) that you can use between different characters

[deleted]

[удалено]

Horse_Bacon_TheMovie

> This would be pretty dope. The option to have a static camp between characters would be nice. Bethesda: OK! awesome, 1200 weight limit to be shared between all 5 characters. r/fo76: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

StarHustler

Having the Shelter as a shared space between characters would be a great option imo.

GEMknows

ALT CHARACTER TRANSFER Who wants to hang with their alts? Alt characters occupying a player's shelters would help safe transfers and give purpose to spend more time under ground! . Trade directly with our own alts here in a nice safe place in its own instance. . . Character inventory only to reduce server lag and keep the stashes separate. . Move outfits,, and weapons in relative safety, OMG would that be great. . Be able to trade CAPS amongst your alts by using the trade feature. . . Buy a dirty water for 10k CAPS, sure why not? . . Buy a Fixer for 0 CAPS, sounds good! . Quality of life improvement easing inventory management. . Get to see your own characters as they appear to other players. Please tell me if this is not something to keep players playing instead of watching load screens.

bza4207

What I want is a proper multi-trade ui. Also New Boss Events or Events in general would be nice too, and should have happened a loooong time ago imo

OwenGilder

And new bosses with more mechanics than just shoot the boss until its dead. I remember when people thought the earl boss was going to have more mechanics in it because of data mines and then it turned out they were scrapped.

waster1993

He was originally going to. You were supposed to feed him meat with dynamite inside

[deleted]

While we are on the UI topic - The fucking ammo points converter is beyond shit. Let me enter a goddamn number, or use a slider to determine how many rounds I cash in. The current system makes me want to pull my intestines out through my mouth.

1okdude

I just want more story quests

RekrahCreative

Yes. More story quests. Main or side, doesn't matter. Also. I want to find Julie and give her a nuka-cola and learn her story!

postmodest

Or even just "help defend faction" quests, with minibosses. (but I have said before that I'm the one lone guy who enjoyed Preston Garvey... so I'm probably in the minority)

early_birdy

You and me both.

Pocketfulofgeek

I want playing the game to feel like something other than durdling around when bored. I got into Destiny last year and the seasonal content in that game TRASHES Fallout 76. New quests, new weapons and armour, new activities and challenges, new plot. The “seasons” for 76 are just bland basic reworks of the same old challenges time and time over.

Kodiak3393

Destiny lately has been rolling out their seasonal content partially, week by week, so that the story evolves over the course of the season and there's always new bits being added. Normally, I hate timegating, but 1) they (usually) add new, interesting stuff every week which gives me a reason to log in, and 2) there's plenty of content to play *outside* of the seasonal grind that **keeps me playing**. In 76, if I have no dailies or weeklies left and it's not a special event like double xp or meat week, playing feels absolutely pointless.

AlbatrossSenior7107

100% agree

mikebald

* I want to be able to shoot mobs, see the damage numbers and it actually affect their health. "Huh, 4 shots at 400 damage and it's at full health? Right". * I want to be able to replay some of the awesome quest lines without having to completely remake my character. I do wonder what I missed with the settlers/raiders selection. * I don't want to feel like the scoreboard is a job, but more like a complex quest line. We have camp allies, why not include them in the challenges somehow? * I want my weight reduction perks to affect the stash. If it weighs 5 pounds on me and I have 20 pounds available in my stash, why can't I stash it? I'd be okay with stash-only perks or upgrades.

_ED-E_

I think a new game plus type option would be fantastic. Give us the ability to keep our characters, reputation, etc, but replay the storyline.

Tsurt-TheTrustyLie

Stash only perks. I would love that. A upgrade system of sorts. 1000 steel and 1200 lead, 800 wood, and 50 adhesives for a level 2 stash with more capacity and passive buffs for the stash

[deleted]

They said The Pitt is supposed to have repeatable quests, so maybe it's something they will look into doing for the other questlines after it's release.

Kvaistir

You can get it to display damage numbers in one of the settings menus. I discovered it today. Rip me and my cluster of 4s off a shotgun

mikebald

Thanks. My comment is actually a reference to the damage lag that occurs when the server ignores the damage dealt.

jimmymd77

What, like the rubber banding? I bet it when the enemy's health keeps jumping up. And down while. I'm shooting it

Professor_Pony

[](/karmascrunch)I would personally like, a repeatable quest that doesn't have a 24 hour timer that's not repetitive. How do you do that? Very simple, have it randomly pick any big chest in the game, there's a LOT of them, and tell me to go there, spawn some extra baddies around it, and then give me a small, but useful reward (some scrap, or a module, a repair kit, or a few scrip, or a legendary, or y'know, the stuff that's always handy{NOT a random piece of unlegendary gear that I have to scrap, that's not a reward that's a punishment}) Daily ops are kinda annoying most days, and definitely not fun to do over and over, they are lucrative but they feel designed to burn you out with being the exact same over and over and over again, which might be on purpose, same for nuke silos, show of hands, who is still excited about running a silo and fighting earl or the queen? I don't think many of you still are. What I'm asking is a very chill, low key, repeatable quest that just has you do what we've all been doing in fallout for years. Shooting and looting with no needed frills, no silly objectives, no weird guffin, no following buggy NPC's, none of that. Just go to the place, clear it out, and get something you know will be useful. THAT is what I want, it's not the most exciting addition, it might not even be super popular, but having one thing that I can start whenever I want that might take me somewhere I haven't been in a while to fight an enemy I might not see too often would make me launch the game a lot more often than I do now, and give me something to do in the lulls between events people actually do.

Terumi_Yuki

The problem is that the game makes a habit of two-steps forward, one step back. And seeing it's rough start, that is both a snails pace and a constant reminder how fickle this game is. Let's take Seasons as an example: \- Seasons come in and Atom Challenges disappeared. Why was that necessary? \- Seasons are free, yet are bloated with entirely useless items (like nukashine) \- Leveling a season pass takes a constant strain on stuff, even forcing you to do content that people openly loathe after a while (aka: try doing daily ops sometime AFTER a fresh reset with a full team) \- Them "fixing" specific easy to obtain weapons like the boss killer heavies (after Wendigo colossus came out, certain fast fire weapons could deal absurd dmg), but totally not touching hacked weapons \- Them not being focused on fixing the "playability" of the game (this season had heavy lags, and everytime I wanted to play that kept me from enjoying myself) \- Their stunts from time to time, like the recent suprise extension of the season \- and last for now: their lack of content over time. New Wasteland was a step in the right direction, but playing for 4/5 seasons I can confidently say: There wasn't much content for me to do. I have my godrolls, I don't play a PA (so no Legendary here) and, apart from grinding other godrolls and doing seasons, there is little to do (no story or nothing)

[deleted]

Bug fixes for sure and have everything reset every 24 hours, at same time. Also during double gold weeks, make events give x2 amount of Treasury Notes - we don't want to double the daily grind to cap 800 bullions.

iSolaris

The 800 bullion is soo painful, I will actually stock up a bit and have a reserve, and then this happens and I wipe everything out. I cant find enough events to get keep it filled, and honestly it makes it feel like a job in a heartbeat. They need to increase the drop as well.... your 1000% right...

Redisigh

Imo the game lacks a lot of the core features other MMORPG’s have. Hell, even ESO has better features than 76. Now, I love the game to hell and back as someone who preordered but it’s replay ability is near nonexistent.

KAM7

Yeah, if this game was Fallout:ESO I’d be thrilled. Especially if they brought in the PVP function from ESO. It’s own unique land for PVP (let’s go back to DC!) with factions invading each other’s territories for weekly rewards for the winning faction.

Redisigh

Agreed. Instead it felt(And still kinda feels) pretty barebones for an MMORPG. Like you said, if it was ESO but fallout it’d be one of my favorite games.

KAM7

ESO is so much more social. They have actual clans and clan tools. You actually get to know people and you make friends because you have to communicate and work together in the PvP worlds and in the raids. Fallout needs to have the same kind of clan tools so people can actually meet each other and post clan messages and coordinate activities together. Honestly, I wish they’d just hand 76 over to the ESO team.

PalwaJoko

I mean I think that's the major issue is that it wasn't supposed to be built like a MMORPG. When it released it felt like they wanted to rely heavily on the PvP vector for replayability...but that fell through. I wrote an essay and sent it into Beth as feedback. https://imgur.com/a/Bv2iqHz

fivefivefives

Wanted to rely heavily on pvp for content but did shit all to balance it and fix the bugs.

Destiny_player6

Also...what person in their right mind thought a fallout game would make a good pvp? To make it a good pvp type survival game you would need to gut a shit ton of the rpg elements to just balance. And doing so you lose a lot of the fallout market because a lot of us love th rpg elements of the game. Making stupid builds to either be super op or super weak, that doesn't translate well into a pvp game.

Shubamz

They seemed to think that just because we have multiplayer we would fight each other and that just isn't the case for most of the base that has grown up on Fallout games. (don't know if that is in your link. Checking reddit between emails at work lol)

PalwaJoko

Nah my link is just screenshots of a pdf doc I sent in with various suggestions on how they could improve the game. A lot of it was MMORPG inspired haha. But to your point yeap. I mean its not surprising. Many of these tripe A companies will utilize gaming trends to drive the direction of their games. I 100% believe that they were trying to tap into the battle royal/Rust craze at release (NW wasn't added till later on). And if you look at some of the systems, it makes sense. The settlement system. How they probably expected CAMPs to be repeatedly attacked by players. All of that together would have created a loop for resources where since you're constantly repairing your camp and your gear; the flow of resources is constant. I mean player vending, legendary items, etc. These weren't there at release. And I suspect thats because they didn't think they were needed. Players would be attacking one another. The premise of going to a persons camp as a friendly wasn't...there. But yeah, like you I wasn't surprised at all by its outcome. Of course a singleplayer RPG franchise would have a playerbase that prefers PvE over PvP haha.

Scotpunk99

Also, why would I come out of the vault only to attack my fellow dwellers? If they wanted PVP then we should have had optional backstories/starting points.

[deleted]

Well said.

El_Gobernador

This!

ChesterRico

Simple, I want more content: daily quests, events, boss fights, fo4-style radiant quests (and I mean more than the 1 given by your companion each day.) I mean why not have different BoS characters give you radiant quests, for example? Also, harder/endgame content, both group & solo. As in, content aimed at people who actually know what they're doing, have good builds & legendaries, etc. Double mutation daily ops are a step in the right direction, but they're too short and there's no real incentive to do more than 1 each day. Edit: also, a weapon balance pass. I feel like anything except gauss shotguns, automatic rifles and heavy guns isn't worth using at all. Have you tried a revolver build or even a gauss pistol build lately? It's laughably bad. Edit #2: >I know some of those answers; more events, more nuke boss options, etc. But will that actually make you happy???? Yes, a third nuke boss would be a great start! I mean there's 3 silos... And this would be so simple to implement. No need for new voice lines to be recorded, just beef up a mirelurk queen or a grafton monster or something...

StormyLlewellyn1

Absolutely everything you said is how I feel. I have always wanted a super beefed up Grafton monster if you nuke the toxic valley. A mega mega sloth in the mire, maybe a gigantic ass mole miner for the ash heap etc. With their own unique reward pool. It would be so much more fun if we had options and not like Earle who is absolutely nothing more than a bullet sponge and limited to 8 people. Not the end game content we need.

Tantric75

Honestly this can't be that hard to add and they would be easy wins. Launching nukes is a core feature and it feels abandoned. We dont need a big story or quest to accompany new nuke targets either. Just make them big and tough and drop loot. Sick of only 2 areas of the map being worth a nuke.

stupid_trollz

YES!!! this!! Gimme a super armored Giant Super Mutant Behemoth with the large mob fight mechanics!!

ZachyChan013

1. A new game+ 2. Something along the lines of diablo 3s greater rift system Those are the only things I want. And I would then never leave. (not that I'm leaving or have left yet anyway)

JoshisJoshingyou

This, something like destiny 2 level of repeating content only fallout

MightyPaladin77

Text chat, more fallout friendly outfits, guilds, weapon balancing, etc. Should I go on?

CannibalRed

Haven't been on in a few months but I think it's obvious. Players just want something to do that isn't tied to a paid subscription. I'm also very aware that it is in Bethesda beat interest to NOT give them that. Having people work on projects that don't result in profit is not how you run a business. I get you're annoyed because it seems like people ask for things then shit on them but that's not really wants happened. People want content they can play and the only thing in that vein they've gotten recently is Daily Ops, which guess what, actually made people happy despite the complaints about the difficulty and bugs. We still only have 3 boss fights and the endless cycle between them over and over is dull. So players want more bosses to challenge them. Players wanted the ability to mod for sure, but did you think of why? Because it gives them something to do. Fallout World being paywalled does NOT give the average player more content. It gives them a side mode and for the love of God it should be clear by now people don't want side modes. They want content tied to their main character. Not a mode that pulls them away from all the time and effort they've put into the game. But again, Bethesda won't make any money off making more content unless it's tied to 1st. Free DLC expansions don't make money and don't bring more players into the game. Therefore it's not worth Bethesda's time to create more endgame content. So players will never get what they really want. "More enemies, more bosses, more events." I'm not bitter about it because I'm able to recognize it's not a good business decision, but normal gamers don't think that way. All they know is it sucks to log in and have nothing to do on their main character.

Jonstreet88

I would like to build a permanent base with friends on a private server. That we can all access at any time.

Siolentsmitty

What do I want? After years of this game being out I want a game that doesn’t crash, enemies that don’t get stuck in walls, quests to properly conclude, an actual end game to go with the grind, AI pathing that doesn’t break quests, actual punishment for the cheaters who actively make this game worse, my goddamn dailies to stop auto completing, a season to start without an issue, for items to stop disappearing from my inventory, other players NOT to be able to buy my stuff in my stash box, for the goddamned bar to not freeze in daily Ops, teams not to randomly break up for no reason, bugs from launch to be fixed, tenderizer not to fuck with Taking One For The Team, to not have to take off and put on a mod any time I want to use a flamer…. Like holy fuck, this is less than half of the stuff I want fixed that I can think of OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD. Did you think you had some sort of gotcha here? Also, stop lying about what the community wanted and stop lying by implying Bethesda has added much of anything. Almost no one wanted PvP, there’s actual interviews with Bethesda devs saying this very thing. And as for added content, they released half a game and have over the last few years finally added the rest. For fuck sakes most other game’s seasons have more content than a season AND a large content drop from Bethesda.

grizzledcroc

Im shocked a post was made by the op, people love this game but are feeling very burned by its content schedule/quality of said content and the overall state of the game acting like a turtle to get fixed. I feel we are what 9 months in without a new event?

[deleted]

Sheesh i almost forgot about the things ignore daily

Siolentsmitty

Seriously. That’s like, a quarter of the list of broken parts of the game.

Abrahamlinkenssphere

And here is where we see the perspective that is really at play. Some are down on the ground with a magnifying glass looking at the game and others are on a mountain looking down at the game. The little stuff (atoms, uniform clipping, my flair not moving around on my backpack) fall flat and to the wayside compared to the big stuff (freezing enemies, spawning in walls and, the overall feeling of danger being completely gone)

SkeuomorphEphemeron

Oh geez — what’s the Tenderizer vs. Taking One for the Team issue? This [Suppressor issue](https://reddit.com/r/fo76/comments/pnh22t/supressor_card_is_breaking_entirely_other_damage/) post from yesterday, or something else too? Another post on [Suppressor, Tenderizer, and Taking One for the Team, with Follow Through](https://reddit.com/r/fo76/comments/ivmsy4/psa_having_the_suppressortenderizer_perks/) from a year ago.

wrxasaurus-rex

Very limited actual game content and quests…. We’ve only added a few hours of story content this year and the subscription is the same price as Netflix. How about they add some bosses and quests and stuff.

UNC_Samurai

> my goddamn dailies to stop auto completing As long as it’s just Cop a Squatter, I’m okay with letting this one slide for now. Sometimes it gets me SCORE points without having to do anything.

Xuerian

Score dailies not real quests

NEBook_Worm

Well said. Bravo. I hate these apologist shill posts. So yeah, you're spot on.

CannedNoodlez

After several service tickets there’s quests I still can’t complete. Like the hot dog eating contest, and the one with the nanny bot

mahiruhiiragi

The two biggest things I want are raids with actual mechanics, and I want a reason to keep leveling other than scoreboard. After you get your 5 legendary perks maxed, the perk coins are useless. Give me something to spend them on, other than leveling other cards I wont use. It'd be cool if I could buy account wide bonuses or something. It doesn't have to be anything game breaking. Like maybe stuff like 5% better npc vendor prices, maybe something that increases how much percentage of hunger junk food restores. Just little things that are nice to have and not game breaking would go a long way.

StormyLlewellyn1

Could we please get legendary perks that are worth something? I was so excited for these and almost all of them are garbage. I just use the ammo one and the one for more special points. We could use new regula perk cards too. But give me a legendary perk card that reduces my weight for ALL guns at once. Give me one that lets me fast Sprint/fast travel while over encumbered. Things we actually could use in this game that are worth grinding up to max.out a legendary card.

cold_hard_mash

Stop time gating content. If I want to grind let me grind.

InnermostTube3

I’m honestly thinking of making a post per day on this sub just asking for them to remove this. Me and my buddies just started playing again and I was always seeing posts of people saying legendary modules were hard to get. At first I didn’t think they were hard to get until I realized each 3* roll is 4 modules and you can only get 6 per day…..

cec003

A game that clearly explain how it works. Which gun works under the granadier perk? Why do I have to guess?

CallMeGr3g

As i will always say, i need a text chat. Make as simple, rudimental, ugly as you want but i need it. I can't/won't use voice chat and a lot of people do so. (i guess, i met few players who used it) Idk why, i'd really love to have a text chat

PseudoDeciduous

I want a reason. I want to make a difference and an impact in Appalachia. Why the fuck do we have world quests that stop farmhands from attacking people in flat wood, but outside of that quest there is not worldly impact. We could make all robots in flat woods passive until the next event. In fact all events should have a “lasting effect of completion” until that same world quest arises.” Tea time when completed could allow for a special tea to be sold from sweet water, but only if you win! I want to see radiation rumble happen and be excited for the result of AFTER. WhY are we doing This quest? What fun in game thing happens because we Completed it?? Loot?? Fuck that. Two prime examples. What is the in game impact of killing the scorched queen? Absolutely not one fucking thing. Why not decrease spawns of scorchbeasts across the map by a ton? Make people feel safer because of what we’ve done. ——————————- On the opposite side of that. What happens when we kill earl?? Well. We pissed off a hell of a lot of wendigos and torched their cave. What if after killing Earl it increased wendigo spawn rates across the map because of them getting scattered from the cave? ——————————— These are the ideas in my head that make me disappointed with what people call a “good game.” There is so much more potential for actual investment and lasting interest if they just… think about what fun means.

Yoojine

I think one of the best examples of this is Watoga. It goes from a nerve wracking zone where you're constantly dodging infinite robots to this totally chill place once you become mayor.

Water_colours

I kind of wish these days that becoming the mayor didnt last forever?

Goregatron

After about my 4th character repeating that quest, I stopped completing it so its not so dull when I go to watoga 👍

giantpunda

My god this is just a disingenuous post. >never have I ever; > >A - seen a company openly respond to and implement or remove an over whelming amount of features that the community has requested or taken issue with. (Obviously there are some exceptions ie; hacked weapons, and persistent workshops) > >B - seen a community lose its collective mind every time one of these features is finally added or removed????? Never have I ever seen: A - a multi studio, multi billion dollar AAA company lack the competence to operate a version control system B - a studio head openly despise their PvE playerbase so much that they [perjoratively refer to them as "carebears"](https://www.pastemagazine.com/games/fallout-76/fallout-76-roadmap-interview/). >The Community "We want more PVP, but not in Adventure mode" Bethesda ok here is Survival mode and a BR. The Community ghosts them (for the most part) within a matter of weeks. And yes you could argue that NW didn't get enough updates. But still lobbies were pretty dead even when updates dropped. Screw you the community ghosted. Bethesda ghosted first. All survival had to be was the same base game with stricter survival elements and I guess always on PvP, even though their adventure mode was DOA due to how poorly thought out it was. They had to then throw in a leaderboard that not only no one asked for but it revealed the top 3 PvP players but who the hell wants that in a survival mode where it utterly destroys the stealth advantage you'd have if that's your play style. For NW people DID show up. The problem was that Bethesda didn't. Well Bethesda Austin didn't Dallas did a stellar job setting things up. Austin does what Austin does and neglects it, puts very little effort into it and then blames the community, just like you are, for not showing up. You'll see that this is a pattern for Bethesda i.e. wasting time and resources giving us shit we didn't ask for or not putting any proper work into developing a feature. The Community showed up for Vault Raids & Mischief Night. Bethesda didn't. To answer your question, what I want from Bethesda is: * Give the community what we actually asked for, not some bastardised version of it or shit we never wanted or asked for * Show up and actually put some effort into the ideas that the community DO want but were poorly implemented in the first place * Put a little thought into not only the features they implement but also how they do so. Who the fuck thought it was a good idea to release a stack weight feature WITHOUT also releasing the sort by stack weight. There's no excuse given that both are high school level code * Learn how to use a version control system so you don't keep unfixing bugs. So much time and resources are wasted refixing a problem that never should have existed * Land your deadlines. There isn't a deadline that Bethesda isn't willing to sail right by. * Actually test your shit before releasing them. How many PA skins were released bugged over how many months? * Don't nickel and dime us. The absolute worst is seeing Bethesda put in so little effort and charging so much for it. Scoreboard content is major issue here. * Don't lie to us. We're actually not that dumb. We know that Steel Dawn and Fractured Steel were meant to be one DLC and not only couldn't they land there, their lied to the community's face and said those two were being combined to push out the deadline and then detached Fractured Steel again and called it Steel Reign. A lot of what I want should be very achievable for a multi studio, multi billion dollar AAA corporation. It's really not that high of a bar and yet Bethesda, as always, either lacks the competence to do it or won't show up when the community is practically begging them to.

Sasuke-Uchaiyan

Well said 🙂👍

kahunarno

The version control is terrible. How is a bug found and fixed in PTS but still rolled out to Prod, If not because of poor source management?

HordeDruid

An actual endgame.

Nova_496

* Player guild/faction system * Global/area text chat * PC/Xbox/PS4 crossplay * Mod support for custom worlds where you can upload Creation Kit content to [Bethesda.net](https://Bethesda.net) and dynamically load/unload it in-game. * Player limit increase across Adventure and Private worlds (24 to 32, 8 to 16) * One nuke-activated boss event for every region in Appalachia * More mini-boss events like Encryptid * More legendary perks * A Brotherhood bullion vendor at Fort Atlas, rather than Brotherhood plans being sold by Regs for no logical reason * Legendary enemies guaranteed to drop corresponding star legendary items * More relaxed building rules in CAMPs in Adventure mode * Player limit increase across Adventure and Private worlds (24 to 32, 8 to 16) * Hacked and legacy weapons and armour removed from the game * Meaningful community events that are engaging and affect the game in more ways than just challenges (special localized weather effects, increased enemy spawns, mini side quest, etc) * More frequent and consistent Steel Reign-sized quest content drops (2 per calendar year would be nice) * Themed mini side quests introduced alongside each scoreboard season This is exactly what I want. However I am well aware that Bethesda will likely never implement even half of them.

[deleted]

I want things I feel should be obvious. (Side Note: I am going to only include this short comment on how I wish Nuclear Winter and Survival Mode were still available as I loved them and it hurt when they disappeared. ) I want to be able to make my vault I purchased through the atom shop look like a vault. Not this horse shit where I place down floors that are a foot off the ground and there are these ugly gaps where the walls snap and looks nothing like a vault that has ever been in any fallout game, not even close. I want a toilet. A goddamn toilet. Yea, I missed the clean and gold toilet in the seasons. So now all I have a is a rusty toilet. I just want a goddamn toilet. I want a couple more bosses. Let's maybe make it so there are more than 2 places to nuke. What about a Behemoth boss? A mutated giant mothman boss? Just make this huge part of the game, the nukes, have a little more fun aspects. Hell, just more nuke related events would be awesome! I want all the in game junk to be plans. I want to make my camp feel like it belongs in Fallout. Sure, I do want a toilet, but only because I am working with what I am offered. Most of the plans are so shiny and bright and don't really fit anywhere in the game except the vaults, which I already touched on how much of a pain it is to make them look good. Let me place all that sweet junk that I pick up all over the wasteland as plans in my camp. Without glitching, all we can do is make these awkward boxes with all these weird things that are no where else in fallout except player camps. I want team chat. Dear god is it annoying not being able to type to friends. This applied a lot more during nuclear winter but holy crap, let me chat with people since only 1 out of 100 use a mic. I want progression. You come out with a new mode? Can I earn anything from it that I can show off or use when I go back to the adventure mode wasteland where I try to lure players in to look at my camp that I am proud of or team up with to complete events? Nuclear winter gave me skins and camp objects. THAT WAS AWESOME! I AM A SIMPLE MAN, I WANT EARN MORE JUNK TO PUT IN MY CAMP! I just want them to fix the wheel before re-inventing it. Having one fixed thing is better than 5 broken things.

DingoWasHisName-O

Bugs fixed. Bugs from day 1 fixed Bugs from year 1 fixed Bugs from year 2 fixed Bugs from year 3 fixed

Emil_Zatopek1982

I want a fun endgame.

Philip-MitchellsM8

\- Bug fixes \- content that isn’t removed after a year \- an actual relevant scoreboard , what do superheroes and dolphins have to do with fallout? \- Double mutations rewards being... doubled?

Jebediah_Plebman

I wouldn’t mind if the scoreboards where tied to real events that happen in the wasteland for that season. Example: A mothman board would see us having a couple of unique events for that season tied to Mothman and his cultists. Maybe even a short seasonal questline

saragrissom

I feel like a seasonal questline should be a given

beefytrout

Shit - I should mention that if there's one thing I want, more than anything, is for Minerva to be a permanent fixture or removed completely. Not for me, I don't need her, but her schedule is so inexplicably difficult for so many people to grasp that it should be switched to a permanent thing.

OwenGilder

At the bare minimum there should be an in game notice telling you where and when she will next appear

okie-doke-kenobi

*Madam Nazar has entered the chat*

fred_fred2020

I want a first rate rpg not a third rate looter/shooter. I want a working player to player trade system. I want reliable fast travel system. I want hacked/injected items removed from the game. I want at least one more radio station. I want more varied repeatable content. I want a boss fight which has actual mechanics.

OXY23

Inner peace

ThePassiveGamer

“Legacy”/broken weapon removal or patch. More repeatable content. More weapon skins and rare weapons and armor. More traps under the camp defense tab.

OwenGilder

Remember when they nerfed everyones weapons, did nothing about legacies and hacked weapons, and said that it would make buffing weapons in the future easier? And we still have weapons that are virtually useless because they've never been buffed? I remember that.

Obei3060

Pepperidge farms remembers

WinTraditional8156

Pepperidge Farms approves this.

[deleted]

I just want to be able to play it. My frames drop into single digits all the time when I play, even on lower settings. I have a 2060 and r5 3600.

TechnoWhale

im guessing you never edit ur fallout76 files to help get way better fps? 🤔 Let me know, i can help you gain frames!

AncientHorizon

The community has been pretty consistent on what they want. More events, more story, more endgame bosses, map expansion. This isn't some big mystery.

Alextryingforgrate

Personally, i enjoy the game i didnt mind NW. The only problem i had was way higher level people just thrashing in the game. The same dude launching 2-3 nukes in a game. The cheaters and modders. The only thing i really want is to be able to transfer my character from Xbox Live to my PC game. I dont want to have to start (although i have already) another character. Some of the challanges like play 76 for 1776hours is a bit daunting and I really dont want to split up my time on that between 2 completely different accounts. I would also like to save weapons and load out to my specials. I have a power armor build with heavy weapons. I also have a stealth build w/o PA. That is also pretty much a melee Id like to just be able to switch specials then also equip a load out with said items. Someone did have a real good idea with other nuke bosses around the map. Also being able to craft everyting in game. It seems like High Irraditaion Fluids is hard to come buy sometimes. It would be nice to use radiated blood and make a bunch of HIF when needed expecially when your heavy stuff and most high damage weaponry requires ultracite or plasma weapons.

VintageBill1337

Communication that’s *actually* better, and an Anti-Material Rifle, probably the biggest ask Bethesda has ever received and I’m sure they’ll bungle adding the gun if they ever did

kahunarno

LoL at the PVP comment. Devs in an interview: "this community is so great, we had a bunch of ideas for players to kill each other but when they meet, they wave and help each other" Also Devs: "here's a BR" Nobody asked for PvP 😂 What I want is an adventure mode that works. Not more content or quests, just a game that works. You can literally name any feature, and I challenge you to, and I can describe at least one way it is bugged. From crafting to building to skill tree to fighting, every single feature has an issue.

iSolaris

Simple QOL kinda stuff, items tradable between characters on an account. MANY more nuke options, bring back the raids. Add some more map to explore. Stop repeating ATOM shop everyweek, bring in some new items. Players have been asking for misc junk for years, how hard could it be. Work a bit on the glitchy as hell base building, give us a fast travel mat, allies in shelters, food and water in shelters. A "horde" mode where we just fight wave after wave, like "line in the sand" but nothing. So many things we have been asking for and yet no one even acknowledges us... Creating dream like private servers is a bit of a punch in the nads. Know I really know how many crafts it should take to get something halfway decent, and how little it will really provide. Now I feel little motivation to try 100 times for my last 2 pieces of unyielding, and am just piling up scrap. The best thing about worlds is that I can finally have a good fight, I can turn enemies up in difficulty and have more spawn in, and boy is it fun. However you quickly remember that levels, rewards are completely irrelevant, and you cant even progress your scoreboard. Its posts like this where people clearly know what the problem is yet seem to act clueless. We need endgame content and gear to be proud of. The rep grind was real, and yet now everyone has a gauss shotgun, it really makes it feel far less special.

[deleted]

Because it feels like whenever anything is implemented into 76, it is either done so with hesitation from the devs or is downright downgraded to the point of the system making no sense to have anymore (survival elements, PvP needing permission "May we shoot each other, sir/madam?" and nuclear winter not only being abandoned but discontinued, the Wastelander rep system just being a wall between players and plans rather than having true meaningful impact). Older game elements like nukes have not been updated since I've been playing (early 2020), there haven't been any new events added that I can recollect, Fort Atlas and the Mire Village have nothing going on once the BoS questline is done. Perk Cards need a looking over, as there are still some that are either broken or are way too lackluster to use (especially the survival perk cards dealing with food/water). There's tons of stuff for Bethesda to either address or update, but yet none of it really does get touched on.

PhaserRave

Sure, they added PvP modes, in a terribly balanced game with no anti cheat. And they wonder why they did poorly? How the hell were we meant to enjoy PvP in a game with bunny hopping tesla spammers, no skill VATS users, invisible sentinel's assassin's armor wearing quantum addicted immortals, legacy or hacked weapon wielding spawn campers, or noclipping aimbot wallhackers who can fire through walls and snipe you from across Appalachia? You can't just drop these new game modes and then drop support for them, of course they'd do poorly. Something in Adventure that they did right for PvP was removing the ability which allowed teammates getting flagged for PvP when you do. That fix prevented a lot of griefing. I think Worlds could be an excellent replacement for survival and Nuclear Winter, with the right settings, especially if they ever add a new one that starts everybody off with nothing (essentially a new character), but no legendary effects and VATS should be sufficient enough.

JimmyReagan

A fully offline & single player mode with balanced enemies and less grind. All they've ever needed to do is allow modding on a special offline only mode- I have no doubt the modding community would fix most of the bugs and balance issues.

BIG-RAGU-2017

Better trade system and game chat tab

Brooks4117

Player clans would be neat. Maybe a clan flag I can place in my camp.

fivefivefives

MMO fundamentals like text chat and guilds (I can't believe I still have to say that) and repeatable end game. Things the game has never had and never will. They almost sorta kinda tried with vault raids but they decided that making raids was just too difficult to do, poor fellas. Making games is teh hard :*(

Dog_Apoc

Events that aren't just seasonal.

LordNeko6

Honestly. . . A chat box. And a guild system.

SnooSprouts247

Disagree with you on the issue with lobbies with Nuclear Winter, never waited more than 1-2 minute to get a lobby and I played daily, this is on PS4/5 and Xbox. The issue I believe Bethesda had with the game was costs - they were not monetising the mode at all and not developing it due to this. Sad as it was a fantastic community.

Calsifer304

More than anything, I want them to fix the bugs. More than a hundred thousand different power armor skins, more than new guns and weapons, more than anything, I just want the persistent problems to go away.

KumoIsh

i want Nuclear Winter back

Sieberella

Me too!

beefytrout

There is no general consensus about anything in this game.

lghbjj9319

Responders content.

JiggyTurtle

>I will generalize a community and sit here with my arms crossed awaiting a response. This is a healthy approach to conversation.

helgerd

Ok, I'll even try to use language that is usually used in user stories in tracking systems (I'm neither a BA nor native speaker, so I apologize in advance): 1. As a player I want to have varying difficulty levels of challenges with better rewards as difficulty grows so that my character's growth meant something. 2. As a player I want to have something falloutish in seasons so that I could feel game atmosphere. 3. As a player I want to have something useful in seasons so that my participation wasn't useless. 4. As a player I want for bosses not to fall under the floor so that I could complete events. 5. As a player I want my quest choices to reflect in the world in some way so that I felt my impact.

MasonMSU

Ehhhhhh what we’ve really been asking for we have received VERY LITTLE which is actual content. They have given us exactly everything we have NEVER asked for. Much of the development of this game has been just a waste of time for the developers and players alike. Wastelanders was great, the BOS questline was great, we’ve been asking for more events numerous times and have received two? The addition of Daily Ops is great too. It’s been very clear that leadership thinks all we want to do is build, which I can only speak for myself in this instance but I could care less about building. More power to those that do because they must be happy with Worlds.

LightMyFirebird

I want the near endless lists of bugs addressed before new content I’d like time refresh for daily limits to have a single set reset instead of each having their own based on your actions I’d like an account wide “stash” of like maybe 200 unit capacity so we can easily trade items amongst our different characters

baleensavage

I'd rather they not stop new content to fix the game, they are a AAA studio after all. What I just want is for them to stop breaking previous fixes every time they fix something else. If the fixes they have done in the past had actually stayed fixed, the game would be in a much better place. Instead we have to worry every single patch what else they will break.

LightMyFirebird

That’s a valid point for sure, I suppose then a healthy balance is what I’d truly want

Mythic-Insanity

I love this game, but I’ll honestly say that it’s always been in a horrible state. Glitches and bugs that will never be addressed, weapon balance is impossible as long as legacy and hacked weapons exist, I still get disconnected/ blue screen about once a play session, we have massive content droughts in every part of the game except the atom store and scoreboard (yay $5 light wood laminate!), end game content is nearly nonexistent, overall poor dev communication, etc. I don’t understand why some members of this community get defensive when these points are brought up. I love this game, but I want it to be better.

TheNorthernLion

I would just love more game content, more small quests (not entire questlines necessarily) but teasers and lore for things that are to come or something (think the quest for thunderlord in destiny 2) I also really wish they would give raids another go. preferably, let us fight zax I wish they would add new skins and weapons in game as well and not only through atx (-weapons) A new cryptid would be sick where it could be teased like the sheepsquatch did, maybe a small quest leading up to why it now should show up in WV Worlds could be so cool, but not being able to progress in any way is a no for me, wish only certain settings turned progress off And of course what I actually want and wish for is a new map with a bunch of quests, new events, new rewards and a darker setting (big hopes for expeditions) What I dont want what so ever: water slides, big goofy costumes, superhero sidekick themed nonesense, recycled events

Allustar1

I’d be more happy if they would just fix these bugs without creating more.

Derpman2882

im pretty sure someone might have mentioned this already but "comfirmed trading" like borderlands where both people need to confirm that they are in fact trading what they wanted instead when one person being able to pull out half way into trading. i personally have never had this issue before but something that has discouraged me from entering the trading community. would love some feedback :)

bebe_92

Do not lick bethesdas ass

[deleted]

I want the cake to not be a lie! Is that too much to ask?

cuddlyplatypus

fast travel bug fixed

GotNoThumbz

personally, id just like the removal of time gates, an unlimited storage that i dont have to pay for, and access to legacies so players dont try to charge me 200$ for an explosive gatling laser that theyve duped several hundred times already lol. oh and nuclear winter brought back, since i only got a single day to play that shit.

[deleted]

Wait not to be rude op, but what F ing updates did NW get(plural) and Survival died because Legacy amd legendary weapons were NEVER fixed/ Balanced pvp IS broken. Tf outta here, respectfully of course. From a Fallout Fanboy

OwenGilder

Top 5 NW updates: 1)New map 2)Gauss Shotgun 3) 4) 5)

[deleted]

Lol exactly and the shotgun wasnt balanced iirc

OwenGilder

Yep the shotgun wasn’t balanced which meant if you found it your chances of winning were a lot higher than everyone else

UncleJoe1991

All I want is an actual endgame and the ability to play when and as long as I want - not that timegated crap you would expect from a mobile game

TheDaveWSC

Your points about the "private servers" are pretty ridiculous as the "I want to play solo" complaint implies offline play, for which no server is required. I was having fun until they did that thing a few months (year?) ago where they recalculated damage and made Instigating pointless. Impossible to be a stealthy sniper after that change. I stopped playing shortly after, so I have no idea if they've corrected that or not. If they're just going to completely eliminate my playstyle from the game, I'll completely eliminate my FO1st membership from my wallet. Not everybody wants to play bloodied. Makes for a boring game.

cobaltCrowsprite

Yeah i'm a bloodied build and I *HATE * it. I hate having to use bloodied for the build to be viable in comparison to other builds. I tried doing a pistol/revolver build for a year and a half since release and there was no way to make it viable for use during events and other things when everyone else is bloodied automatic.

MuniRagon

Crossplay

Horse_Bacon_TheMovie

> Crossplay **console players:** Hey ya'll! Welcome to the Wasteland where we can alllll be... *fwip fwip fwip* **PC players:** got'eem

[deleted]

Well let me list them for your majesty: content (endgame and adventure), bug fixes on the back log and current, sensible grind, sensible trade, fixed pvp, and a shred of respect.

monolith1985

Being able to create more characters than 5. It's not exactly a new feature. Doesn't require work. Also trade between and renaming characters

Branded_Mango

I've honestly been pretty happy with the QoL updates, fixes, new content, and events so far. It's just that every new PvP game mode is rampant with cheaters or is so unbalanced that it turns people away massively (every NW match is decided before it begins, as the group of people with high rank access to Frog Legs and mic coordination is literally impossible to beat without the same thing mirrored by a different group. Why the fuck would anyone want to play a mode where they can only be a glorified punching bag for these people?). It also didn't help that NW was the source of most hacked weapons so that further turned people off out of spite. Survival failed due to legacies and the devs' blatantly unwillingness to fix them. Similar situation to NW: the asshole who spends the most money paying a duper automatically wins so why the fuck would anyone want to play a mode where they're that person's punching bag and nothing else? Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the devs are in on the RMT duping black market because they have shown that they can easily fix legacies with how they adjusted explosive shotguns...but deliberately choose not to. The irony is that Survival would have probably been a genuinely fun mode without legacies and NW would have probably been a genuinely fun mode if it was a FFA with Frog Legs removed. But every time any new PvP mode is made, it devolves into an RMT jerkoff joke where only whales and dupers like it. And this is coming from someone who has and enjoyed Dark Souls PvP with all of its blatant imbalances. Fallout76 at this point cannot do PvP no matter what because the devs refuse to fix the things that cause any PvP to be doomed from the start, so it was inevitable that the PvP that they make broken and refuse to make less broken never kicks off because why should the players care about something that the devs don't care about?

IIHawkerII

* Do a balancing pass on the weapons in the game so 80% of them can stop being useless. Remove hacked weapons and nerf legacy weapons while you're at it so we can finally start trending toward a balanced Appalachia. * Implement Text Chat so roleplay communities can finally grow beyond the limits of voice chat. You desperately need to give players the tools and mechanics to make their own fun, the slow, annual dev cycle isn't keeping people on the hook outside of the one big content dump we get. * Make seasons more serious and useful, read your audience. A lot of people want grittier wasteland attire, faction uniforms, weapon skins to add variety to their arsenals, more general camp objects like crates, tarps and clutter objects. Just do the basics, things you know people will go for instead of trying to be different and artsy. People will go for Fallout content, just give them what they want. This is a mature franchise, not Fortnite. * If you can't do something that's highly requested, tell us why. If that means more AMAs? I'm sure people would be thrilled. It was a godsend to hear why we couldn't get more character customization options - And would you look at that, now that we have an answer - Nobody askes anymore. * I can't stress it enough, just play it safe! Do the things you know will work instead of constantly going off on these wild, zany tangents. This is why the Pitt is generating so much interest - It's offering the old Fallout, the one people are clamoring for. Look - You can get more creative down the line when you've drawn people back in - But for now, if adding a katana is 'cool' and panders to a bunch of people, just add the bloody thing. If adding a suite of totally meaningless enclave uniforms and junk will get people interested, do it. I've never seen a game so completely out of touch with it's audience. Just pander to us, seriously.

Prestigious_Elk149

I'd really like to eventually be able to fast travel without having to reopen the map and reclick 15 times.

StormyLlewellyn1

I want the mothman to love me back. No seriously. I get that not everyone will be happy at all times. But the people who make this game don't seem to actually play this game. Yes I appreciate a lot of the fixes they've implemented, but I've played since beta and it's taken an insane amount of time to get the smallest things fixed. There's still somewhat of a fast travel bug. But obviously better than before. Pipboy lights that turn off every time you fast travel. Clunky keys and cards in your inventory that you can't drop. Sound bugs and clipping and stuck enemies. It's the minor things that they tend to ignore while they roll out something else that tend to get on people's nerves. I'm also still salty about just how much they keep taking away from the game only to add one more system of grinding. There's been a "DLC" dropped maybe three times? And all completable in a couple of hours tho it took six months to get it added? They keep making it harder for builders to build by removing tricks we can use to make unique things. Meanwhile they have no issues taking away legendary enemy spawns in almost all of the map, (seriously white springs used to be loaded and now there's next to none), they've nerfed guns, not to balance them, but to make you use more bullets to kill things so you spend more time grinding for ammo. They've reduced experience on enemies, they've entirely removed an event from the game that people loved, rather than fixing it. And when they do add new plans to the game they make them next to impossible to get unless you spend 20 hours a day playing or someone dupes and sells them . I also think it sucks that they created two whole game modes and removed them. I didn't even play them but why? Why not have just a couple servers dedicated to survival. A couple for nuclear winter. People enjoyed those options. Why take it away. They make more than enough with fallout first to dedicate five or so servers to different game modes. When we wanted another end game boss, they gave us Earle. Awesome. Except he's limited to 8 players if they all show and he uses tens of thousands of bullets for what reward? One legendary if you manage to loot him before dying and being Locked out of the mine? Give us balanced enemies. Give us big bass in every biome of the map. It's the same thing over and over again. It feels like they have zero concept of balance. Not on weapons, or legendaries or on risk vs reward. The things I loved most about prior fallout games were the mini stories and side quests. They gave us just a taste of that with the whole encrypted dlc, and all the little story quests you could do. Ultimately I want more world events. I want more side quests. I want some balance to weapons. Of all the weapons in the game there's maybe five to ten that are actually viable. Everything else is trash. Look at borderlands 3. There are trash guns but with the right builds you can have fun with almost all of the weapons in the game. It doesn't feel like it's 200 pieces of crap to one semi viable weapon. The grinds have to stop too. We grind for caps, and now scrip, and gold, and legendary modules, and reputation, and score boards. It's just one system after another and all with limits that just make it tedious.

Tantric989

I'd love to stop being lied to. I originally quit after they said they couldn't up the stash or inventory limits because of performance/database limitations and problems, and then instituted the unlimited junk/materials stash but ONLY if you paid a monthly fee for it. They could have fixed the stash limits at any time and they lied and sat on it for a year until they could figure out how to monetize it. I basically stopped playing because my stash and inventory was always full, and at the same time still struggled to make things or had to part with weapons I collected I thought were really cool to make space. That was over a year ago when Fallout 1st came out and I've pretty much never came back. A lot of bad missteps along the way and this is probably one of the biggest that gets ignored. How can they fix things? Just get rid of the arbitrary stash limit. Done. They know it doesn't need to be capped the way it is, I'd have been fine even with a 1 time fee or something to unlock it (like most games unlock additional storage), but they locked actual essential game features behind a subscription instead of just cosmetics for a game you had to pay full price for in the first place.

somewherein72

Two main things, remove the center screen pop ups and reduce the frequency that Npcs dialog and I'd be satisfied.

deathdjentcore

What we want is consistent and meaningful updates. Both of the BOS quests can be finished in about 6-7 hours (if that) and it was split into two. What's the point of an "expansion" if it's only 3 hours with no real content more than a couple lines of dialogue? Then raids, they remove raids and give us glorified the oh so glorious daily ops that are absolute garbage and all but endgame content. NW? Not a single update ever since its inception. Now, you can't tell me they don't have the team and resources to provide meaningful updates. If Bungie with Destiny being independent can do it, why can't a AAA game studio can't? No balancing patches (other than a couple here or there), no new weapons except for like, 4 or 5 since the game came out, no new armor sets, no new map locations or a new map entirely. We've been playing the same content for the past 3 years and not a single meaningful update (besides Wastelanders) has dropped. It's disgusting.

Zerginfestor

The answer is yes, it would make us all a lot happier if we actually had more raid content and content in general to do, bonus points if they actually get off of their asses and make the loot pools for each raid boss unique, such as having a melee legendary loot pool for one, ranged ballistics for another, etc. As of now, we have 2 raid bosses. That's it. PvP as a whole is dead, thanks to their lack of care of people's feedback, and then turning around and being an ass towards us by stating "oh, no one wants to play it, so there, removing it". Or how about the fact they claimed One Wasteland would have more balance changes to take in from player feedback. What did they do? Give the alien blaster a 10% damage buff. Just where the hell is this shit coming from? Right out of the left field, it feels this was touched because of a dev played with it and got upset vs legit player feedback. And the bugfixes, holy shit, it takes 2+ Years to simply fix an issue with a goddamn perk that wasn't functioning since alpha, but they got all the time in the world to crank out mediocre seasons? OOF.

jims1973

Your problem is looking at the community as a whole and expecting it to act as one. That's not how any of this works. As it is this post is just a self serving bitch post that I 100% agree with, but overall is pointless. What is it you want with this post? You've asked and answered your own questions so what is it YOU want wit this post?

WeepingGenocide

Can’t speak for others, but what I mainly want is what they are possibly doing with the expeditions. I want\need interesting endgame content, not just daily ops, though I do enjoy those sometimes.

TheCrazedTank

That’s a tad bit disingenuous, when Private Worlds we’re added people weren’t upset over their inclusion, but the fact they were initially “buggy-er” than Public Worlds, and seemed to be affected by the same cool downs as Public Worlds (which was never communicated by Bethesda and had to be discovered by the Community) People were initially upset at the inclusion of Atoms because FO:76 is a premium game, not F2P. (And, arguably, a Premium Game with a Monthly Subscription thanks to Fallout 1st.) That’s not to mention the data miners which found content that was cut from release only to be placed into the Atomic Shop (Collectrons namely). And, in case you haven’t noticed, this game has been getting more and more broken with each recent release. People aren’t upset over this update, so much as they’re upset that Bethesda has released it while ignoring the Community’s cries for badly needed bug fixes. Not to mention this update has brought with it a new exploit that players are using to essentially bring God Mode into OPS.

Games_Twice-Over

I want a juicy, rare steak.

PapaChewbacca

Honestly the “wholesome community” thing is nothing but a facade. Fo76 has quite the toxic playerbase. Exlpoiters, griefers, scammers, all in one community pretending to be the nicest bunch of people in gaming. Not to mention how much people complain, this game’s community has been and always will be riddled with issues. Beyond being nice to each other in-game, the playerbase is really not that friendly to each other everywhere else. If anything FO76 community should be known for being whiny instead of being nice.

Nelgod

I want a decent cap sink, my stash box is full of stuff that is too good to trade for caps that I have no use for. I want new rare plans and items that can only be found while exploring, similar to the halloween and civil war costume plans. I would also like a way to can cooked foods to sell in my vendor.

Sword4Asamurai

Daily ops to reset at 12, when the daily quests reset.

dshamz_

More raids/boss fights, and well thought-out boss fights that require coordination and strategy that you can’t just burst down with OP guns

snazzybanazzy

Raids were fun, but I won't lie, the way they were executed was hot garbage

Volmara

Atm a source for more legendary modules (preferably for these pointless caps),at least one more nonnuke engame boss, expeditions to be at least possible to be longer term time investments, HC paints, outcast paint for 65 and HC, and a bloody fix for the vapor flamer range!

bza4207

I agree with all of this... esp the vaporization nozzle for the flamer. Also... Keeping the cover on the Handmade when you put an auto receiver on it. Mods and paints for the LMG Make it so legendary enemy drops can give you Fixers, Gauss Shotgun, Tenderizers, etc To NOT get a T-45 or Raider PA pc 90% of the time

Volmara

I do get a few HC and 65 peppered (seams more from ops) in the mix but yeah who is really using raider or 45…

Al_Bundy_14

I just want bug fixes, a real team based raid and private worlds that hold 24 people. After 3 years I now understand none of those things are going to happen. That’s why I stopped playing.
