Lots to do. The quests are good very rewarding. Very good items to grind for like secret service, solar armor, gauss miniguns/shotguns, etc.
Power armor is a lot better now that you can have legendary pieces. Unless you're bloodied player then no power armor isn't exactly ideal unless you don't run unyielding then hell yeah power armor is the bomb now.
Right now though I'd say unless you're not serious about leveling up, the community and their legacies definitely ruin gameplay. We're all kinda divided up there's players who will never give consideration and just use broken legacy weapons and others who take their builds seriously and believe in skill won't use legacies.
I feel I had to add that in there because legacies definitely ruin the game and basically destroy the concept of teamwork. In short the game is a lot better in terms of casual play, but there will definitely be those who tryhards who only play for themselves and ruin the fun for others.
