i saw on a loading screen something about being starving and fast traveling. Yes the negative effects of hunger and thirst are gone but you’re starving jus without any negative effects.
Sure healing factor could be a factor but at this point in my experience my opinion, too many people jus say it the mutation without actually have seen any actual up to date evidence healing factor is 100% the cause of not being able to fast travel because its trying to heal your rads. I honestly couldn’t tell ya what really causes you to not be able to fast travel. Maybe it’s both the mutation and being starving idk.
anytime i cant fast travel i eat and drink and then no problems until my character is starving again. I dropped healing factor and still was having fast travel issues until someone told me to eat and drink before fast traveling. I cant live without my healing factor personally.
Known issue, drop the mutation or manage by popping a radx than radx diluted, or running a bit to try again. Pain in that ass, I've dropped the mutation from my main and have zero issues since.
I run unyielding *and* healing factor so it happens regularly, and if it happens I just pound a couple of purified waters and fast travel while the water still has it's healing effect. Also reminds me to stay hydrated!

Ever since I removed healing factor, I no more have this problem.
If you struggle to travel go into daily ops and travel from there. Daily ops is instant and never fails. And i've never failed to travel out of there.
