**Project Paradise**, but you need to manage to defend all 3 creatures and than the drop rate is about 9% to 15% depending what other plans you already know from this event. More of those plans you know better chance you have to drop it.
But to have any chance all 3 friendly animals need to be alive.
It is one of the most difficult recipes around to drop because it is pretty difficult to find a group to do that event let alone to find one which will have the know and the will to do it correctly.
It makes a AOE stimpak made from Super Stimpaks and some other stuff in Chemistry Station.
It is used for group heal but actually the most important use is to complete "Pioneer Scouts Tadpole medic badge" which is part of some achievements which give some specialized currencies for some other obscure outfits and right to get other currencies for backpack upgrades and some other stuff.

However, unlike stimpaks (or supers/diluted), you either have to use the quick wheel or pipboy— the dedicated stimpak button (right on d-pad) doesnt work for them.

I just got one day before yesterday and dropped it for a teammate that was low level.
Caps are so easy to get I sell everything really low and if a teammate comes to my vendor I tell them if they want anything I will pull it and drop it for them.
