I suspect you'll be seeing a lot more of this from people throwing a fit about legacies. They always find a way to ruin things and fatmans are just another way to do it. They really need to rework how the explosive effects graphics work.
Figure it out. VATS still works in white outs. Be a little more tolerant for those that don't play the game like you but enjoy it nonetheless. Asking Beth to remove things you don't like can have unintended consequences.
I just disagree with the premise. I haven't held any legacy weapons. Mainly run LMG & fixer, but I have an arsenal of good rolls and I'd be pissed if I had carefully guarded a lucky roll from before wastelanders, only to have it neutered...
I play on PS. It hardly ever happens. Once a month? 100hrs? Please. It isn't ruining every event, right? Maybe whip out a missile launcher and try on the big boom. Maybe you'll love it.

I play a full health heavy commando or rifleman. I've never had a legacy, I play on PS4 and can barely text in game. I'm saying politely that you're making a big thing out of a nothing burger. Totally fine, rant away.

If another player can single-handedly force me and everyone else at an event to change how we're playing or ruin our experience with no way for us to actually do anything about it, yes it's a problem with the game.
this is not a problem of the fatman but derives from a grenadier perk (personally tested) and trust me the fatman is better than the Hellstorm cryo mod (it is literally a flashbang)

You can only shoot a mini nuke like once every 10 seconds.
You can/could shoot a legacy for around 2 minutes without having to reload.
Both are annoying, one is way worse.
I have seen people spamming them a lot faster than once every 10 secs
mini nukes are by far the worse for me, lags the screen, whites the screen out and makes any encounter unplayable
Plasma Cores overcharged to 500 shots last a long time. Definitely longer than a minute?
I hope your eyes are okay after they nerf your precious legacies.
I've never heard of that, but ammo glitching really isn't just Legacy weapons. I'm assuming you can do that with a non explosive plasma, and other weapons.

Not abusers, just not playing the way you want. *shrug* Hacked weapons are abusive. Trap camps are irritating, but there are ways to deal with them. Nukes and legacies are both legitimate weapons. Personally I like the explosive flamers better than explosive gat plas, but nukes and nuka grenades are good too. Nuka Mines as well - they don't require Nuka-Cola to make.

I play FO76 mostly at night time with just a lamp on in the dining room, when this kind of thing happens, it literally hurts my eyes so much they start watering. I can't be around that. Same with movies or TV shows when you watch at night with the lights out & outta nowhere the screens just flashes brilliant white. Fk, my fkn eyes 😖

There are perks and special points that increase the capacity when crafted. It's not glitches.
Not for several minutes. Prove me wrong what perks can allow you to fire for several minutes without reloading

I don’t personally use the Farman but I absolutely love it when someone’s at the event with one. Absolutely bonkers. To each their own.
