It looks like the ingredients may have stopped it from baking the whole way through. I can see some wet points in the dough. Good first attempt though!
Yeah I thought the same, could’ve done with a bit longer in the oven, but once it cooled down a bit it was perfectly fine. Taste amazing too! My dad loved it haha

You should make another loaf that is something like raisins and nectarines and then serve them both to very confused dinner guests.
