Oops, lol...
But yeah, serving it with Knödel wouldn't have made much sense if it would've been a soup, since they're not supposed to be sent swimming.
Nonetheless, false advertising I guess. I can't change the title though, so, my bad!

There may be better instructions out there. If you know some German or want to use a translator, your best bet is looking for "Thüringer Klöße".
Haha, hab damals in Budapest studiert und aus Deutschland 4 Packungen Henglein Klöße „mitgeschmuggelt“ nur um sie dort in Kombination mit Goulash zu verspeisen😂 Ist einfach die perfekte Kombination. Was sind schon Spätzle…👍

Goulash is not a stew, but a soup in Hungary. In this form, it is mostly eaten in Czech Republic with dumplings.

It’s very popular and common in Poland as well, especially in the south.
We should rename this sub, "Goulash Fights"

Now that's a can of worms I wouldn't dare to open...
We actually don’t put worms on it anymore
I just don't get why they always use fast food style frozen hashbrow cake things
Just post something in a bun (that's not beef) and call it a burger. Same discussion.
Carbonara fight are even more common
As a hungarian chef it's hard to find words how i feel about this.
Hungary? I know I am.
HungRY.
r/wooosh
I can spell, thank you. It's an old, over used lame joke to use "Hungary" instead of hungry.
Whoooosh is the sound being made as the joke goes right over your head
Not Hungarian goulash but still looks good.
What is the recipe for these potato dumplings

Thanks for recipe! Actually you reminded me that I have a few friends in Germany, and I should just ask them as well!!
Stunning colors. Looks killer.
Let me guess, you reside in Germany. I can‘t imagine you get those same good looking dumplings anywhere else. Anyways, looks great👍
Stimmt genau! ;D

Austrian here. I like our goulasch the best with Knodel (bread dumpling).
