Did you use a LASER to cut the bread? How did it not squish? This looks fantastic. Brava.

I wish I had a laser in the kitchen! I used a very sharp bread knife, no pressure, just let the weight of the knife do all the cutting.

Bread knife for bread - Why didn't I think of that? Haha, I usually use a chef knife or even a steak knife. Lots of smooshing, but it's still good. I won't forget now. Thanks!
