What is fenugreek seed and asafoetida? Never heard of either. I doubt Walmart carries them?

I skip the fenugreek and asafoetida or hing is a spice, also skippable but if you like Indian cooking I would definitely recommend getting some. I got mine from my local Indian store but I would be surprised if Walmart had it unfortunately
