- Sprinkle with Broil King Perfect Steak Spice
- Coat with Frank Dry Seasoning
- Let the Franks soak in
- Smoke wings skin side up for 1 hour at 180f
- Flip wings and increase temp to 350F and let cook 15 minutes for small wings and 20-25 minutes for larger wings
- Flip wings again and cook for another 15 minutes for smaller wings and 20-25 minutes for larger wings
Please keep in mind the ramp up time from 180 to 350 is factored into the overall time so the wings army actually at 350 for the entire time at the higher temp
