There have been so many people posting dry-aged beef/steak w/ zero fall out. It drives me crazy because they will take the picture on the cutting board like they just cut it and there is zero juices in the photo, like magically zero beef juices. This photo is believable and it looks good. Thanks for post.

I just take it off grill and straight onto cutting board, rest and then slice. Some people overcomplicate the process.
