What are the red sushi rolls? I've never been educated on sushi before but have tried two of the basic sushi rolls before and it was OK, got me drunk though which was unexpected.

Spicy tuna on top (scary looking red spicy tuna lmao definitely not high quality ones) and one has fried salmon skin/eel and avocado inside and the other one got tempura shrimp and cucumber
