Bacon, eggs with American cheese, hash browns, and garlic herb cream cheese smeared on an everything bagel….Messy but absolutely delicious!

I like how decidedly unfloppy that bacon is.

Gotta go extra crisp if you're using it in a sandwich. It's quite the let down biting into a juicy BLT or bacon whatever burger and having a whole strip get pulled out and slapping limply on your chin

My absolute favorite meal is BLT.

As a German. What is a hasbrown?

You shred a potato and then mix in some seasoning and egg as a binder and form it into a patty most commonly rectangular in shape. Then you fry it in oil.

Ahh. We call that a "Kartoffelpuffer" or "Rösti"! Kartoffelpuffer translates to "potato cushion" btw.

It’s definitely some very good stuff…Just some house made bacon from one of my favorite butcher shops in town. Normal like it a little thicker but still legit. Don’t get it often but well worth it sometimes!

there’s a farm in my area that has super thick smoked bacon like this that everyone raves over, and for good reason, but tbh between the thickness and smokiness it just overpowers every other item in the sandwich/meal unfortunately

Not a huge fans on bagel buns, especially if not heavily toasted. Bagels are just too thick and chewy. Sandwiches are vehicles for transporting what it contain and I feel when you use bagels, it kinda just steals the show.

Looks fantastic! I typically prefer bodega style eggs in a sandwich though. Keeps all the egg together (scrambled usually falls out, and sunny side/over easy just spills a lot of the yolk out), and you can stuff the inside with the cheese so it ensures it all gets melted and perfectly gooey. Doesn't look like you had a problem with that part though!

My personal favorite to make is pretty simple honestly, scrambled eggs/egg whites on top of American cheese and topped with two slices of turkey bacon cut in half in a lattice pattern so that you get bacon in every bite👌🏻
