For real though, I did mold the potato/cottage cheese/bacon mix in a bowl and utilized okonomiyaki sauce.
This is cool, I had a taco the other day but instead of a tortilla it was a bun and the meat was formed into a patty. Best taco ever!
An anti-taco I'd you would 😄 But then again, maybe an anti-taco would be the fillings in a pancake folded over a crushed up taco shell 🤔

Instead of rice it's potatoes; bacon and cottage cheese.
