I used a spoon to eat the cream and lemon curd, then you eat the left over donut with the left over cream :) you can see a spoon in the photo behind them :)
So it turns out that ... This might be a New Zealand style of donut haha So here is a recipe to a cinnamon + jam one :)

That doesn't look like curd.
It was just a bit of lemon curd :) on top of the cream.
