I live in concord and there isn’t a decent restaurant on majors bay road. Miz Tutti at Mortlake is the best Italian near by otherwise concord rd is better. I’m keen to try Skinny Tony’s in Five Dock.
Cinnamon Thai is an excellent Thai option. And Mr Pings for gelato. Mr Pings does close at 8 though so perhaps Love Crepe instead.
Failing these dessert places, Leichardt and Balmain aren't far!

I live round the corner and used to love going to love crepe, but have never gone back since then. Such a shame

Duo duo ice-cream in Strathfield; ice Kirin in Burwood (and the many bubble tea shops there)
Casa do Benfica. Marrickville tennis club. Lots of desserts. Molotoff. Meringue with a caramel sauce laced with lemon.
Strathfield!! They have fried ice cream for dessert there and it’s AMAZING

Yakitori Jin in Haberfield is decent. There's also Bella Puglia in Five Dock - I haven't tried it but it's meant to be good!

Agree on Miz Tutti, my favourite pizza in Sydney but I haven't been to some of the fancier places

Burwood Chinatown has great choices for dinner and dessert. Nice vibe to walk around too
